No, nasa 1116 pa rin ako sir.
Pag nagka problema, there's no way to roll it back to the previous firmware.
To date, wala pa naman akong nabalitaan na problema sa firmware updates ng F8500, as long as you follow the recommended procedure:
1. Unplug all HDMI connections, USB connections, and power plug.
2. Reconnect power plug, then connect USB flash drive for firmware update (USB drive is more reliable than online updating).
3. Reset to factory settings after updating.
4. Reconnect all connections.
Pag may napansin kang error sa existing firmware, just reset with the user menus, usually maaayos yan. No need to reset using the service menu.
AFAIK, may 3 problems na hindi pa na-resolve even in the US firmwares:
1. Brightness pops in 3D setting when Cinema Smooth is off.
2. Frame skipping in 2D when Cinema Smooth is on.
3. When Cinema Smooth is on then turned off, Motion Judder Canceler (MJC) is automatically enabled even if the menu says it's off. To disable MJC, you must turn it off again even if the menu says it's already "off."
