Ibig sabihin po ba sir audio interruptions happens only when using optical out of LCD and built-in media player? Pag naka external media player and media player optical out directly sa HTIB no issues? Thanks uli. . . .

Had my panel replaced last weekend because of the "smear" that was appearing on the corners. the technicians told me that I was lucky that my panel was replaced because they had just gotten a memo saying that the proper procedure for the dirt problem was just to "clean" the panel.

buti daw na order na yung replacement panel ko otherwise they would just clean the stains that were appearing and not replace it anymore.

OMG! balak ko pa naman mag pawarranty dahil sa dumi ng panel. tapos walang replacement.

kasi sa akin last tues lang me tumawag sa LG para dun sa black dust pag white screen then tinignan agad nila tapos pinalitan agad ung panel the next day...

I thought ako lang may problema sa panel. Ngayon lang uli kasi ako na bisita sa forums dito nag backread na din ako konti. Nag ka black marks or dust na din yung Panel ko, i know na normal talaga sa LCD magka marks after around 4-5 years kaso mag 1 year pa lang akin and to think na around 3 hours / day ko lang naman nagagamit tong TV ko, bought mine around 1st week of September. I'll try calling SNS or LG about the problem.

sana palitan nila panel ko or sana maayos nila, mukang lalala pa to e, nag start to maliit lang last February then after 3months ganto na. BTW pansin ko lang din, bat puro left side grabe yung dark areas, sa right side sakin super liit lang sa bottom right corner yung dark area.

dumating sila kanina, check lang pero hindi i-open kinuha lang photocopy nung receipt at babalikan pa daw kasi need daw palitan yung "module" yun tawag nila pero hindi ko na clarify kung ung mismo panel na yun oh ano... tues or thurs pa to maayos kasi nag rerequest pa sila ng item pamalit

update:
ok na napalitan na buong lcd module namin, almost brandnew na ulit!
bilis ng service nila

ok na napalitan na buong lcd module namin, almost brandnew na ulit!
bilis ng service nila

Tomorrow palang sched nila bukas samin, kahit may kalayuan samin punta pa din sila. Sabi din ng CS mag provide daw muna ako photocopy ng receipt ko. Sana balik din sila agad para palitan yung akin.

Guys! Sobrang bilis talaga ng service ng LG..Biro mo nung Thursday lang ako tumawag to report yung problem...The next day may nagpunta ng technician to assess ang problem which is yung madumi nga ung loob...tapos nung saturday pinalitan na agad ung panel...bilis! tsaka mabait pa ung mga techicians...

Sa iba kayang brands, ganun din kaya kabilis ang service?

Again kudos to LG for the fantastic service!

share ko lang mga brader.esp to those looking for a big tv, this particular model is frequently described here as bang for the buck.

at rob galleria appliance center,i came across an LG 42LD460,for 24k,cash.

if i only had 24k with me tha time,iuuwi ko na yun for sure.

do take note na display unit to (as sir vic correctly surmised when i texted him about it) and i failed to ask gaano katagal ng nakadisplay yun.

sabi nung reps e inuubos na lang nila yung stock,as 2010 model pa to.

pero heck,display unit or a year old na sya or more,i'd still get this tv if i only had the moolah.

problem's gone . . . LG dropped by and said it was a firmware issue for the HTIB, they put a usd drive the system upgrades and after that no more drop audios . . . hope this helps . . . thanks

Sir confirm ko lang... is the system upgrade applicable for all LG HTs?
Mine is HT805VM and I am also experiencing the same problem.. Thanks!

Sir not not sure if applicable sa lahat . . . HT805PM unit ko. . . sabi sa kin pag di nakuha sa firmware upgrade palit unit daw . . . .

Sir, number of channels lang naman difference ng HT natin more or less applicable din sa kin yung upgrade... try ko din tumawag sa LG... thanks for the info!

Kumusta yung mga nagpapalit ng LCD panel na may dumi sa loob, di ba dumumi ulit? Sa kin kasi napalitan pero pagkatapos ng ilang months madumi na ulit kaya lang wala na sa warranty. Wala bang recall ng unit na to?

Call them again. They keep track of all repairs and look for a supervisor. Mention that it's a recurring issue. Not your fault. If you have another LCD in the same house (preferably same room), show a white background (if PC, notepad) to point it doesn't appear there so it's not your room.

Mabait sila, they'll call you back.

once pinalitan panel but after a few months ganito again. they blame the dust daw.
