Agree.  This speaker delivered the goods driven by Naim electronics.  I think I found what I want.

avshop,

I'll have to save up for the Naim gear as well. The foot tapping qualities Naim is famous for was resplendent in the LS80.  Those twin 8" drivers delivered taut and impactful bass while the compression drivers and super tweeters really extended the highs. I'd appreciate it if you could PM me the prices including the center and rears too.

The most dynamic combo i've ever heard.  ;) The LS80 is 90db while the NAIM used is 80w.

I've heard the LS40s with 5 systems (2 Onkyo sets, a Cambridge Audio set, a Cayin set, and a VTL/Onkyo mix), alternating between Xindak and Monster ICs/Cables.

These speakers seem to have a relaxed character, reminiscent of the stereotypical vintage sound (especially with the Xindaks, as these get a bit shrill with the Monsters). They were never honky or harsh (frequently experienced in speakers utilizing less-refined horn-loaded drivers). This set is great for soothing vocals and/or a reverberant presentation of instruments. I think most Filipinos who are into this hobby prefer that kind of sound, and that may be a very good thing for Beyond Innovations (if that market segment catches on to this product). AVShop / MLY has the LS40 pair available for audition.  :)

Architectural Audio's demo LS80s sounded great with their Naims. PRaT was top-notch, while all other items were good to excellent, imho. I've heard higher-end JBL speakers, but they were never matched as well as this.  :)
