I do not know of any school for Audio applications. However, should Audio electronics be of interest to you the first start would be to enroll yourself in tv/radio repair technician course. After that you can start reading up on applications of the various components used
eg Capacitors, Resistors, Transistors, MOSFET and Diodes
Since there are various types of the above components it is best to understand their applications. You can do this by scouring the net on the manufacturers website. They typically have application notes.
Still not satisfied ... you can enroll yourself at UP Diliman in their power engineering courses. Here you will get to learn about switched mode power supplies. More importantly, the potential application of above components are mostly applicable for Audio electronics. To get your spirits up, fact is a good number of people who have worked in Audio electronics feel at home with switched mode power supplies. You get to learn about phase margin (why this is very important for amp stability), feedback, EMI, transformers etc etc which you can then relate to Audio electronics.
