They started this unit for several games:  LBJ, AD, Prince, Cam, Vando  - walang shooter and isa lang magdadala ng bola?   Then ipapasok ng sabay si D'Lo, AR15 and Rui....kasi tambak na agad yung first five.

Mas madaling palitan yung coach kesa yung mga players.  This is the team that reached the Western Finals last year and convincingly won the Play In tournament.

I think Ham already lost his grip sa mga players.  They are not playing hard anymore.

It's quite obvious if you watch the nuances of the players and how they interact with their coach during huddles, substitutions etc.  Been watching a lot of the Laker games both last year and this year and for me it seems that Ham lost his grip already.  I wont be surprised if he is replaced.  Kailangan lang nila ng sign off ni AD and LBJ and he is gone.

Waiting on the sidelines is Asst Coach Phil Handy.  A well respected and accomplished Asst Coach.  Handy went to 6 consecutive NBA Finals, 4 with the Cleveland Cavaliers (2015–2018), 1 with the Toronto Raptors (2019), and 1 with the Los Angeles Lakers (2020) winning championships in 2016, 2019, and 2020.
