When Conan started out he used to have a partner when doing his shows. What ever happened to that guy?

Andy Richter? He left around 1999 or 2000 to pursue his own career (he has some roles in comedy films and starred in a couple of sitcoms that lasted 1 season though one of them had excellent reviews). Conan has been doing just fine without a sidekick.

Conan O'Brien finally insulted us:

The Philippines - Mi casa es su landfill. HAHAHAHA.

Dang, missed this one! Who were the guests in this episode?

Ice-T was a guest. I forgot who the others were.

just saw a hilarious episode on the 1st night of november. A whole episode was re-aired this time using puppet skeletons! The Conan skull had a shocking head of red hair whilr the Larry King skeleton had on a pair of suspenders. Even the audience was made up of skeletons! A really creative way of doing a re-run!

They did one other show using stop-motion animation one time. Very inventive.

‘Conan’ Last Guest Will Be Jack Black, As Audiences Return For TBS Show’s Final Two Weeks

Jack Black has been booked to serve as Conan O’Brien’s farewell guest in late night — at least for now. As his TBS show “Conan” ends its run with an hour-long finale on June 24, O’Brien isn’t expected to launch another late night show anytime soon, but instead is focusing on a new series for HBO Max (details to be announced later) and also growing his production company, including its rapidly expanding podcast offerings.

As Black joins O’Brien for the finale, the show will also air an hour earlier than usual, at 10 p.m. ET that evening. Black caps off the final two weeks of guests that include Martin Short, Bill Hader, Mila Kunis, Dana Carvey, JB Smoove and Patton Oswalt.

Conan O'Brien Must Go - Official Trailer

https://youtu.be/eDFFY6swDY0?si=ilifvj14NXwRcOsZ

Conan O’Brien is returning to the small screen with a new travel show for Max. Conan O’Brien Must Go follows the long-time talk show host as he visits friends around the world that he made through his podcast.

Conan makes stops in Norway, Thailand, Argentina, and Ireland, where he participates in local customs, explores interesting destinations, and attempts to make locals laugh with hilariously mixed results. The four-episode series debuts on April 18, 2024.

Have only seen the 1st episode as of now. Hilarious Thailand portion but kinda cringe in some parts. Can't wait to finish the rest.

Conan O'Brien Must Go - A lot of corny jokes and skits actually, but somehow Conan O'Brien's personality and character effectively sells them all well.

Conan has always been on the "traditional/corny" side of comedy ........ similar to Seinfeld.

Yup, his personality sticks out, comes out as very natural for him ...... which is always good for the audience.
