umm... kaso the cover is exactly the same as the Theatrical Poster, so that's probably how they got that from.
yung two towers pdvd cover is taken from The Two Towers videogame.

just saw from music one greenbelt that they are accepting pre-order for "Region 1" of ROTK @ PhP1,300 to be released may 25th. can't decide tho if i'm gonna buy this promo because the dvd will be released locally by "C-interactive"?!?! any info?

I just got a text from C-Interactive informing me that the release of the ROTK DVD has been moved to May 31. However, the VCD version will be released on May 25. Welll, if I can wait until December for the Extended Edition, then I guess I can wait a few days more for the 2-disc release.

mas ok ang widescreen kasi pag full screen pinuputol nila yung sides nung movie. Just think of it this way, your tv is shaped like a square while the movie screen is more of a rectangle shape. So if a movie that was originally developed on a rectangle shaped screen will be transferred to a square shaped screen, then naturally they will have to cut off the "sides" of the movie.That I guess would be the easiest way to explain it. Ill leave it to the more technical guys to explain it further.
