I mean, by and large, who are the local distributors of big name studios...

like:

Disney - Viva
Buena Vista - Viva
Touchstone -Viva
Sony Pictures - Magnavision
Warner Bros. - Warner Bros.


MGM - Viva ba or Magnavision? since Sony Pictures acquired MGM yata.
Universal - Magnavision?
Fox - Viva ?

i wonder... what happens to viva's remaining MGM stocks? is there a MEGASALE on the horizon? (this is what happened when distribution assignments changed in the music recording business... back when sony philippines and BMG pilipinas just entered the picture.)

Into the Blue, an MGM film released by Sony after its acquisition of the company (and by Sony Pictures Entertainment on Region 1), was just released locally by VIVA. Strange. Maybe the rights for MGM are different in the States and internationally?
