But the next step would be coming from WARNER itself!
I just called Trinoma Astrovision (w/c was my preferred place of pick-up), It seems the communication between the WARNER office and their reps/branch is quite poor
. I assumed that it would be smooth to have the disc replaced. I was expecting it to be like the BLURAY POTC: 1 replacement program from Buena Vista. The disc was mailed to me a month after from the US. The disc came in a bubblewrap enclosed in a non static paper and was MINT!
Apparently the disc replacement would be coming from their in store stock and not individual discs from WARNER. This is why they were asking me if I bought it from Trinoma. I even endorsed to the WARNER rep about the replacement program coordinated by Sir Dave. I hope WARNER will look into this to make things easier for us customers.
