Hi there! I'm selling my Harman Kardon AVR 330 with DVD 22 and AVR 3600 with BDP1 (US Version-110 volts) because I'm upgrading to HK AVR 7550 HD. I also have brand new (still sealed) Samsung LCD TV-LA32D403 which I got free when I bought my Samsung LED TV. If interested and other details, just PM me.

Mga Sir, ask ko lang,

If I will upgrade from
from AVR240
65 Watts per channel, 20Hz–20kHz,
two channels driven @ 8 ohms
<0.07% THD,
to AVR265
95W per channel,  20Hz – 20kHz,
two channels driven @ 8 ohms,
<0.09% THD

Would it be a night and day difference po
sa sound ng Wharfedale 9.6? or ano kaya ang
mano-notice ko na difference in terms of sound quality?
Thanks!

Can I pair H/K with Wharfedale Diamond 9.2/CS/SRs? I'm planning to get an Onkyo but saw the Harman Kardon AVR 2650. I'm upgrading my entry level Yamaha RX-V361.  My room is not that big but I'm tired of the wire clutter of the 361 which don't have HDMI.   Will the sound be night and day for H/K having a high current amp? Please advise.

What? a new model already. This is very different from harman kardon, they usually take a two year cycle to release new models. So do we expect new models ever year now?
I hope the 375 will have pre outs again

no contest if your looking for power then the 2650 is better.
functionality may the newer 1700.

That's weird ever time i enter the harman kardon usa site i'm always redirected away form it. its very odd and annoying. >:(
I've been getting this fro almost a year.

i wonder if it has anything to do with linking there products to pinoydvd?

The new harman kardon receivers will feature a digital power supply, so it's lighter than the older models.  The advatage of this new amp is it can switch between 110 to 220 on the fly. It's amplifier is still class ab though.

To the Harman owners,

I just want to ask. Historically harman is 70% Music / 30% HT a few years back.
My question is ganun pa rin ba yung new models nowadays? thanks

I dont think there is any criteria for 70% Music / 30% HT. All i know is, if it sounds good then its good.
i did a side by side between my hk 1600 and pioneer 819  and i find the hk'S dialogue to be slightly muffled and its bass is very good while the pioneer dialogue sounded clearer but the bass slightly less. I think they did some changes on the 170.

Thanks for the feedback. Dati kasi afaik HK 70/30 models music/ht sila. Previously, plan ko palitan denon ko to a pure music amp like rega or rotel. pero i change my mind and I'm now looking for avr para 2 in 1.

Dedicated integrated amps will usually sound better for music than home theate receivers. :)
