Topic: City Of Angels Special Ed R3

This is the R3 slip case version.  Is this the same as the R1 version which packs lots of special features?  And is it anamorphic widescreen?

The specs at the back of the slip case show no SF and it doesn't say that it's enhanced for WS which is funny considering it's a Special Edition version.

All those who bought this dvd, please enlighten me.  I've been meaning to buy this  especially now that it's selling @P199.  I've been putting it on hold for the longest time because I'm not sure if it's really the SE version.  And I don't want a barebones copy!

Thanks a lot!  Appreciate the quick response bro.  Will grab this disc na.  With the music videos of goo goo dolls and U2 as SF, It's a pretty decent buy at P199.

my copy is also double sided but one is wide screen while other is full screen.

Oh yeah. Forgot to mention that. I haven't watched it yet, actually. I just scanned the disc on our player. But I do remember seeing some special features on either side.

any comments on PQ?  is it anamorphic already?  and may i know what are the special features included?  the R1 kasi has music videos aside from the commentaries and deleted scenes?  it doesn't say at the cover kasi.  appreciate your responses guys ( and girls? ).

R1 and R3 has same special features.


Take note that the review in the PQ from the link I provided is different from mine.  I think this was reviewed years ago.  If there is a new release of this I'll get it.  Transfer rate of this is bet 4 to 6 mbps.  A HD version of this would be awesome.  SQ is ok (6 out of 10).  There's not much scene that require 5.1 surround sound.

This DVD is produced 9 years ago and it's one of the 1st or second batch of release back then.  So it would be awesome if I review this 9 years ago.

Okay copy ms baby.  You made me happy!  I'm fine as long as its anamorphic and has special features.  As I said, at P199 it's a pretty decent buy already.  I bought it last night for your info.
