I don't think so, it's even slapped with an 'Imported' sticker.

Except if you consider that it was panned by critics and tanked at box office. Maybe that's why C Interactive priced it low, knowing anything higher would not sell considering Magnavision is offering it's better reviewed animated titles like Open Season, Over The Hedge on sale at something like 100-110 per title (at PinoyDVD.biz and at 'Buy 3 get 6 free' sales)

Appleseed Ex Machina 2-Disc SE: P599.

Image gacked from Amazon.com. Same artwork as the R1. This R3 release is in a typical 2-disc Amaray case. I asked the Astro clerk if there were any other releases, like the steelcase version, but this was the only one they had.

Single disc version is also available around P425 Only contains the movie and features of disc 1 of the 2-disc release. Extra features on disc 2 are The Appleseed Chronicles and East meets West featurettes.

All features are identical with the R1 release.

I was going to praise this release with its embossed slipcase, and since it had no typographical errors on the rear cover. Then I looked at the lower front cover and noticed the ONE mistake - a missing apostrophe.

I'm still thinking if I should leave it as is or pentel in the apostrophe in the gap...

got that aswell. medyo magulo lang kasi it has both c-interactive logo and a warner logo on the cover and when you play the dvd it has both warner and c-interactive video intro.

P199? I wouldn't buy this for P75! One of the worst animated films I've seen. Didn't bother to finish this. I suggest you stay away from this clunker or, at best, rent first then decide if it warrants a purchase.

C Interactive. DVD9. The price sticker reads 'Php 250 Children'. But the film is rated PG.
I was expecting Viva to release this. But it seems C Interactive was able to get the local rights. And about time too, it's been ages since the DVD is released in Region 1 countries.

Good buy at 250.

Now where's Pan's Labyrinth, C Interactive?

Bats: Human Harvest: If it had been posted already, then it's my oversight. Oh well, with Magnavision holding back new DVDs for so long, then releasing something like twenty or more title in a span of two weeks, it's hard to keep up.

Bridge to Terabithia: Yes I did buy it, it seems identical to my R1. Right down to the languages (Viva's Disney releases have Asian languages, this one has European). No C Interactive logo on film. Disney Fast Play and all Disney trailers intact.

'Classified Winner' sticker on cover. DVD9, identical in quality to those new C Interactive discs with 'Imported' sticker. Features, as listed on back cover.

Great to hear that C-Interactive can be trusted now. It's about time. If indeed Bridge to Terabithia is identical to R1, then this is a pretty good buy for P250. Thanks techdude.

Because of techdude's positive review, I got

BRIDGE TO TERABITHIA C-Interactive release P250 from Astro Podium

After years of staying away from C-Interactive like the plague, I finally got one that I'm happy with. Checked the quality (PQ and SQ) and I'd say it has tremendously improved. As techdude said, it's faithful to its R1 version.

Disc is DVD9. Packaging has an IMPORTED sticker. If you look at the back of the disc, it seems imported. Is it? Correct me if I'm wrong. But overall, I'd say bravo to C-Interactive for getting it right finally! For P250, this DVD is a winner.
