Topic: Divx Ultra certified?

hi to all, I was just wondering what does this mean? I have a philips dvp5986k player which states
that it has this feature yet when I play divx converted to 720p or above it only plays sound and
it shows the "video resolution not supported" on screen.  Does this mean that divx is just stuck
at 480p resolutions.

what kind of connection are you using and what tv are you connected to?

DVD players will play only standard definition divx files.

If you want to play 720p files you will need an HD capable player.
