I haven't seen any thread here about this movie. Any reviews mga sir? I know there is an ad here where you can get a copy but is this already available in the market? I'm planning to buy a copy this weekend kasi eh.

It's already available pre, i  saw a copy sa Astrovision hindi nga lang ako bumili because there's no review yet. if you buy one na post mo kung ok.

i purchased the 2 disc edition. after watching disc 1 i immediately place disc 2 and to my surprise it also has a full length movie (i assume) i skipped the rest and went straight to the last chapter to see the alternate ending.

disc 2 has an FBI warning before the movie so i assume aswell that they copied this from the R1 version.

i kinda lean towards the theatrical version.  i think it makes perfect sense.

if that was the ending used in the theater version...

I bought a copy yesterday and watched the orig version then watched the last part of the 2nd disc. In my opinion the orig version is still more fitting than the alternate.

PQ and SQ of the movie is good.

i agree. the theatrical version's ending suit the title. however, the alternate ending would suit a second installment of the movie.

i like the theatrical version better.

Diba during the middle part of the movie, Neville said that those infected already lost their human instinct, something like that. So in the alternate ending, how can they understand what Neville was trying to convey to them?

With this, I like the theatrical version more.

Yup. I found both ending disappointing though I preferred the orig.
