I received my billing from Cignal, and I noticed meron na uli ako monthly. I availed of the 6+1 promo, so I asked Cignal to clarify if na-apply na yung free month ko. They were able to answer my question, with a schedule when the 6+1 was applied. So I'm thankful.
Pero on the same day I sent that inquiry, they downgraded my plan 1290 to local channels only! Parang ang onti na lang nang channels, puro local na lang, and meron Cignal channel, and HD PPV. What happened?! It can't by my new LNB, kasi pati yung Channel Lineup menu nagbago. Konti na lang ang listed.
It gives the impression that they temporarily suspend normal service for accounts that have pending inquiries or being contested. I find this to be business in bad faith! Nag advance payment na nga, eto pa ang nangyari. Buhay naman.
