I hope Sheed goes to the Spurs. It would be quite a line-up if SA got Wallace after they got Richard Jefferson. Would make it an interesting match-up with Denver and El-Ay.

i was hoping that he lands on SA as well!

Fav's ko:
for the west its SA
for the east its Boston so i guess ok na din!  :)

ON OTHER NEWS:

Ben Gordon agreed to a five-year deal worth $50-plus million with the Pistons on Wednesday after leading the Bulls in scoring the past four seasons. Under league rules, that deal can't be announced until next week.

'Langya, tapatan talaga ang Lakers at Celtics.  Nagpapalakas ng husto. Yari na naman ang Cleveland nito!  Another good news for El-Ey is that Coach Phil is returning to the Lakers next season as he has been given a clean bill of health.  Mukhang gustong mag 3 peat ulit ni Zen Master ah..

mukhang LAL at BOS ang finals... next na labanan nila is build up naman ng bench support. sa yahoo sports ang topic is who first gets to 5 rings. shaq, kobe, td each has 4 rings na.

Boston and El-Ay got two unstable players in Sheed and Artest. Sheed's a bit overrated, though, in defense and offense. He's not as efficient offensively (not as acurate) like he was early Portland and Detroit years (heck, he averaged just over 6ppg last playoffs). Defensively, he provides them with another long bod with ample shotblocking from the weak side, but nothing more.

Now, if Boston can land Grant Hill, that would complete this veteran old school high basketball IQ team. LA would be an interesting match up again to complete the drama.

Cleveland and Lebron, and Magic, I guess mahihirapan na sila.

Sheed might not be very effective if you play him starter minutes anymore.  But for 15-20mins a game, he might be efficiently effective.  My take on Artest is that to be effective, he has to handle the ball.  So you might have a problem w/ odom (if he re-signs), Artest and to a certain extent...Kobe.  Unless Artest accepts the role of a spot up shooter.  That is why Ariza was so effective.  He knows how to play off the ball.

Orlando Magic needs a legit PF.    Howard cant rely on Lewis at PF, what with Boston and Cleveland, all with boosted frontlines.     And Gortat may sign an offer sheet too......

I like Sheed off the Bench.    With Cleveland and Orlando having Shaq and Howard at the 5, it will serve Boston well if they start Perkins..... ;)

Yup, it should be:
Rondo
Allen
Pierce
Garnett
Perkins

Bench:
Wallace
House
Scalabrine
?

Boston needs a bench. Looks like Big Baby is gone and so is Leon Powe.

The Spurs have agreed to contract terms with Marcus Haislip, a 6'10" former lotter pick of the Milwaukee Bucks who has been playing in Europe since 2005...probably, for the Spurs' biannual exception, projected to be worth about $1.9 million.

...Spurs roster: Duncan, Parker, Ginobili, Mason, Jefferson, Hill, Bonner, Mahinmi and Finley
...signing after the moratorium: Haislip
...'09 draft-picks: Blair, McClinton and DeColo
...plus, various picks, from previous drafts, still playing abroad
...and, the MLE
...free-agents: Udoka, Vaughn and Gooden

Ika nga ng Fall Out Boy, "It's a g*d**mn arms race!"  ;D  The superpowers have just become more super, while the rest of the league just watches. Wala nang suspense sa regular season since we all know who will dominate come playoff time. Di ko na malaman sino dark horses.

Oh, but how interesting it would be to see an underdog beat up one of these powerhouse teams come playoff time, eh?

Excellent pick up by the Spurs. THey badly needed someone not named Tim Duncan to help out in the post.

Oh, and have you read on espn how a video of a College player from Xavier dunked on Lebron in a pick up game at James' camp and allegedly, King James pulled a Nike rep over and the rep then confiscated all videos of said pick up game. Wow!

It looks like Shawn Marion is headed, sign-and-trade, to Dallas in a 3-team deal...

Well, that's LeBron for you, assuming it's true... ;D

It will be interesting to watch The Matrix fit in with the Mavs. Good for a former all-star to have his chances revived.

Regarding the dunk over LBJ, here's a more reliable lowdown:
