2nd episode was a bit of a disappointment to me. Parang the arcs they chose to follow in this one weren't very compelling and sometimes over-dramatized. Also, many of the "bad" characters (for lack of a better term) come across as caricature-ish. I hope that there's significant character development for them as the series goes along.
Also, why the heck are the dire wolves always out of sight until they're needed to protect their master? Is that how they operate? Parang they know waaaay beforehand when danger is about to happen and hide. Dunno, it just felt cheap by the 2nd time they executed it in this episode
That said, I think Peter Dinklage as Tyrion is awesome, and ironically doesn't let his stature get in the way of some honest to goodness acting. I hope he gets nominated for his performance at the very least.
