Sorry for sharing din na, I bought these China bd's, kasi I just want to help a friend in need but not to promote or give positive feedbacks to entice buyers to buy it.

I agree. Pero at this point kasi, i personally think that people are already made aware that these bds exist. And im sure folks are smart enough to know the difference na. (Presyo at itsura pa lang pa lang)

At this point kasi it has become too informative to the point that it promotes curiosity... And confusion.
Confusion in a sense that one would think 'wait a sec... So it's not ok to talk about bootleg bds but its fine to discuss how many movies i have in my tera sized hdd and media player... Coz all the movies i have in this thing are all legit'

i have one buyer a few weeks ago told me, she got copies of recent movies na din, avengers pati, kasi inalok ko nga na meron ako, gulat nga ako e.. ang sabi lang naman ng seller sa buyer ko, HK made, kaya mura, same rates as seen at the thread, SQ humahabol naman, pero kung ipang didisplay nga naman, origs pa din siyempre. Star Wars Saga for 6 disc at 2500 daw, sabi nya mura nga, tahimik na lang ako kasi alam naman nya jack sparrow yun with a very bad casing, just for the sake of having the titles on hand.

Not only did he or she get a bootlegged copy pero sobrang taga yung presyong bigay sa kanya! LOL! more than 416 bucks per disk?!

PFFT...

I know of places that sell it for way less than that!

If 25GB lang yan bro the video must be encoded kasi may mga movie na more than 25gb video and audio na combine. Audio pa lang na HD 5gb na minimum sama mo pa dts and DD tapos ibang ibang language pa. Pero malamang english lang yan wala siya ibang language na.

Yup. If they realize na wala masyadong bumibili nung mga 25gig disks nila, they prolly would stop sourcing it out na rin.

Not necessarily. Hong Kong does produce legitimate BDs. Ewan ko lang yung binebenta ng seller.

Edit: As per the seller's recent post, pirated BDs nga ang binebenta niya.

Siguro if rediculously cheap & has the 25GB marking on the case, its definitely bootleg.  Madalas akong dumadaan sa Quiapo to buy Fuji apples for my kids.  I've seen 3 stores there who sells pirated 25gb bd's. 

I also saw that they're selling also 3D bluray movies, without the 2D version, so kung ayaw kung gusto mo manuod ng 2D lang, you'll buy separate copy ng 2D hehe.

A bit OT but aren't 3D TV's have a feature that let you watch 3D content in 2D just in case you get tired of 3D? I know my TV has this feature that I was initially unaware of until the technician who wall mounted the TV have shown me how it works.

Not necessarily. Hong Kong does produce legitimate BDs.

One legit Hongkong online BD & DVD retail store is DDDHouse.com.  I already had purchased several popular Asian BD titles not available in Amazon.com.

OT ito, pero technically, it has. That's why people have jailbroken PS3s.
Which is in my opinion a waste of money coz you cant enjoy the benefits of PSN with it.
para ka lang bumili ng ps2 na mas maganda graphcs... na may 3d bluray player.

Selling of pirated / non-legit BDs are not allowed in PDVD. However, from time to time, some bad apples do show up. AFAIK, all of these rare instances were eventually reported to the Mods & the appropriate actions were done to safeguard the forum.

Compared to most other forums, regular PDVD members look after each other's backs. Of course, no online forum marketplace can be 100% safe (despite all caution, scammers do infiltrate PDVD now & again), but I would boldly say that transacting here is safer than most other forums. Personally speaking, in my more than 11 years of buying & selling here, I luckily was never scammed or had a totally bad experience.
