Most airline companies sanay maghandle ng luggage complaints (delayed or lost), dahil common nga siyang nangyayari. Yung hindi common eh yung nagsusuntukan sa airport. LOL.

Pati yun verbal abuse, hindi din common.

Question regarding off loaded baggage. Will the airline deliver the baggage to your place? Who will pay for your lost time while waiting. And in the event that you have to come back from your place of domicile to the airport who will pay for the cost of you driving back to the airport. Assuming that it's a regularly priced plane fare.

first of all, i wouldnt let my partner berate somebody in public.. lagi naman ako pagpasensyahan na.. unless of course kami ang pinahiya...

second.. if somebody is videoing us.. i would call the attention of security and report that person.. bat ako vinivideo?  while its true that he has a right to videotape any place, i think when it comes to videoing a private person, its borderline crossing my privacy... pero, kung ako ay artista or a public figure, dapat sanay na ako sa videohan na yan.. nagtataka ako bakit pa nainis yung 2 artista e sanay naman yan humarap sa camera.

im not rooting for tulfo as well, actually, i thought that somehow, what happened to him at will be an eye opener (pardon unintented irony) to wake him up and put his feet back to the ground.

naisip ko lang is, wat if di si mon tulfo yun or some unknown fan or civilian, im sure mabubully yan ni raymart.

naisipko rin, kung tmz kumukuha ng pic or vid, would they have reacted the same? i mean, thinking about it, yung mga paparazzi sa usa hindi nila pwede galawin diba? as long as youre far away and you dont lay a hand?  tama ba ako?

Marami rin kasing mga priority luggage na karga ang eroplano aside from yung dala ng passengers. Things like mga dead people for transport and perishables na nakabook din sa flight, which afaik take precedence sa checked-in luggage (otherwise possibleng malaking damages ang sasagutin nung airline company kung yun ang na-delay).

Sa normal luggage naman meron din standard checked-in at priority checked-in luggage. The priority tags are normally given to first class and/or frequent flying passengers. Since the tags are supposed to mean that these checked-in items disembark first, they normally don't get bumped off as easily (so as not to hurt valued clientele). Usually din kasi dinedeliver sa priority lounges yung priority luggage instead of people queueing in to pickup their luggage sa conveyor. Some airlines even allow fairly large in-cabin luggage sa first class passengers. Marami ako nakikita na Japanese and Korean businessmen with no checked-in luggage since they fly first class. Special cabin luggage lang dala nila (bigger than the usual carry-on, mga 15 kilos max) and a carry-on.

in my case, they delivered our bags sa hotel (but super hassle to fall in line sa local cebpac office and fill up forms)

pero pagnandito ka na sa maynila, hindi ko alam kung dadalhin nila sayo, and matatakot din ako, kasi di hamak na mas maraming milagro dito sa maynila kaysa boracay.  manilans>aklanians in terms of miracle work.

lost time?  wala.  TY na lang.  

we complained though and got a SINGLE free ticket (there were 6 of in our group).  of course, that single free ticket is technically just a way to get more of my money, kasi none of us will fly alone, so i gave it away.  i guess those who don't complain, get nothing.

minus the fact na nasira yung isang luggage namin (nasira yung built in combination zipper lock and battered yung luggage) parang kinaladkad.

Hindi ko alam ang policy ng ibang airlines, but in my case nagoffer sila ideliver yung luggage sa location ko. If you're really bothered by this, ask your travel agent in advance or kumuha ka ng travel insurance that will cover for this. Minsan kasi may insurance coverage ang incidental costs (like clothes, personal effects, hotel expenses, etc.) caused by such inconveniences.

I think that's the case for most, even sa lost luggage pa.

For lost luggage, a written claim is often needed aside from the missing luggage form na kinocomplete sa airline office. Ang sad part dun eh madalas kailangan ng RECEIPTS for yung contents nung luggage. I'm pretty sure karamihan ng dala natin sa checked-in luggage eh wala na tayong resibo.

Kaya if bibili ng gamit abroad at iuuwi dito, remember to keep the receipts sa carry-on luggage. Para kung nawala, nasa inyo ang resibo to claim. Makikita nila yung date of purchase and location. Valuables eh as much as possible sa carry-on talaga.

If you would notice, there are some differences in the details sa mga statements ni Mon Tulfo.

Nung nsa precinct na interview, sabi nya natadjakan nga daw nya at nasuntok si Claudine.

Kahapon sa GMA News, d daw nya gawain and he vehemently deny na sinaktan nya.

In the same interview, nagpakamacho daw sya at hindi nya tinangkang umalis dahil wala nman daw sya dapat katakutan dahil wala syang ginawang mali,

Diba si Raymart hilig sa magsuntok, I remember before there was a taxi driver ba or just a driver who had a traffic altercation w/ him then he hit the guy, it was in the news & I think he was a public official at that time. But for me berating someone in public, I think is way too much. At least we could show some respect
