Itcool, I think you'll get faster replies if you posted your needs in the Marketplace section.  there are lots of sellers there.  :)

yeah bro no "DTS" and "Field Guides" for the R3 release as confirmed by other guys on the previous post of this thread.

My only question is that what is the difference between the "Tin Case" of an R1 and R3? Is there any significant aspects to determine if the package is an R1 or an R3? How can I be assured if the package is an R1, if I'm not gonna open the package? I already have an R1 "Tin case" but it is different from the one posted on amazon, there is a marking "HBO" on the side of the Box which amazon sells and the one I have has none. The Title was upward while mine was downward. I think mine was embossed (the title).

band of brothers is from warner. they do not release r1's locally but R3's. they are actually the most consistent promotor of r3 releases among all distributors. One easy way of knowing if the band of brothers you have is the region code on the carton that protects the tin case from scratches. if you don't have that carton, you can play the disc and look at the menu for the language setup. if no dts soundtrack, its r3. if it's there then its r1. the tin case are identical. it is only the carton that differentiates the r3 from the r1 physically as i had both of them before and kept the r3.
it's a simple as that.

Band of Brothers R3 Tin

Has anyone bought this?  Does it have the same discs as those which were included in the orginal R3 box?  I remember the orginal R3 did not have all the extras that the R1 had.  Does this Tin release now have all the extras of the R1?

there is a thread about this somewhere. the current r3 tin is the same as the first one. as a rule, studios will not change the content of release unless they change the version like special edition, collector's edition, etc.
