I don't believe D'Antoni would bring home  the tiitle in LA. He had arguably three in their prime players in Amare, Marion and the 2-time MVP Nash. And that didn't produce a championship.

Would results be better w/ a declining Kobe, Pau and Nash.  Howard who should be in his prime isn't even playing 100% yet after back surgery. So I have my doubts w/ D'Antoni.

But he would be great during the regular season though.

Phil Jackson should be the best choice to coach the Lakers once again.
With his Triangle Offense, i'm curious to see how Nash will fit.

D' Antoni wont fit the Lakers' current line up with his high octane style in offense but never put a premium in defense.

http://ph.nba.com/news-article/565/james-hits-clinching-shot-heat-beat-hawks-95-89#.UJ7luixN0Yd

Eto na nga kinakatukatan ng lahat -- James getting comfy with game winners!  I think this is the start of not one, not two, not three (and so on) game winners...

Kung suki ni MJ ang Cleveland sa game winners, sino kaya magiging suki ni James?  Palagay ko OKC ;D

Bobcats beat the Mavs in OT.  O0

Nice breakout game by Michael-Kidd Gilchrist. Kemba went nuts, too.

i think d'antoni wouldn't fit the lakers, he likes to play uptempo and fast. lakers don't have that kind of players and but they have two dominant front court players. lakers strength has always been their size and they need to use it on their full advantage. somehow i think they shouldn't have let go of odom. i prefer him over jamison.

sabi ng mga Lebron James fans:

yeah, tell me that when Lebron and Mike Brown come together on a Western conference team. The East wasn't a powerhouse during Lebron's stint with the Cavs. Pistons and Celtics were the only hindrance. That's it. Heck, even Dwight was able to bring his ragtag team to the finals in 2009. Dwight and his scrubs.

There's a trade off though.  The Lakers wouldn't be able to acquire Nash if they kept Odom.

Odom trade resulted in Lakers getting a trade exception.  That trade exception was used in getting Steve Nash. Lakers also knew Odom was nowhere in basketball shape when that season began.

D' Antoni if Lakers want to entertain for the rest of the regular season.  But they dont.  They want trophies.  Thats why priority is PhilJax.  Heard that Lakers will make counteroffer regarding PhilJax demand for travel restrictions and control over player personnel.

Would be surprised if PhilJax decline.

Lakers' bench still sucks IMO. Can't wait for them to face Miami or OKC though. Sana maayos na laro nila by that time para walang dahilan pag natalo.

Trust me, if this was Mike Brown's system, even with Demarcus out, the Lakers would be down by at least 10 points right now. it was that terrible.

Second blowout game by LA.  Masaya na naman ang LA LA Lakerlandia.  Hope the streak continues until Steve Nash and their new coach come.

Maganda ang balasa ng tao.  Di pagod si Kobe and he's got 6 assists. I think that's the game that Mamba wants.  And DH has a monster double double. Plus the bench players are contributing.
