Doug Collins & Jalen Rose making nice points about the PACERS weakness at PG ...... indeed George Hill isn't a starting PG - he has regressed really fast ...... to think that this guy was traded for Kawhi Leonard.

Bill Simmons had called Lance Stephenson an a$$ twice during the coverage ...... he favors Stephenson being left unsigned or signed to just a 1-year contract.

Kung sa Finals Appearances lang and since Boston won 10 straight, only 2 teams have made it so far 4 times:

Magic's Lakers had 4 straight (82, 83, 84, 85) pero 1985 lang sila nagchampion. 
Bird's Boston Celtics had 4 straight (84, 85, 86, 87) and they won 84 & 86.

So Miami has made history again as being the 3rd team to appear in the finals for the 4th consecutive time.

The PACERS do have Evan Turner on standby ...... this guy can play, just didn't had the playing time - came onboard on an already elite team.

They can elevate Turner as starter, sign-and-trade Lance for a better PG.

The EAST is weak, but some teams are bound to improve with the upcoming draft (BUCKS, HORNETS, etc), growing another year (RAPTORS, WIZARDS, etc) and an upgraded front office (PISTONS) ...... plus the NETS and BULLS are still there.

The PACERS need to upgrade some more to remain elite in the EAST ..... build around George & West.

With that kind of attitude, I don't think Stephenson can go elsewhere aside from just staying with the Pacers and try make another run against the Heat next season.
Pacers need to sign a play creator to be their starting point guard and just have George Hill come off the bench.
Pacers should try to keep the team intact and just improve themselves individually and as a team during the off season.
