China sourced items from lazada are claimed in local post office? Naku buraot customs namin. HaAy..

Lazada have third party sellers. Youll notice it if it says the the "item is shipped from abroad"
In short, Lazada is really just a sellers platform. Where sellers advertise their products and sell.
What lazada provides is a guarantee that you wont get scammed in case your order did not arrived.
I am just telling my experience when I ordered direct from China and did not use Lazada.
Chinese sellers usually ship it either by standard mail or registered Air parcel. When it gets here in our postal system. There is no guarantee they would deliver the items to you. Our local postal system is erratic. Sometimes they deliver items to your doorstop sometimes they send you a claim stub.
My experience is that the local postal system has a reliable tracking system. The Chinese sellers usually just show you that the item is in our local system by tracking it online, and say that you wait or claim it/hunt for it. What happens in our local postal system. the Chinese seller is not liable.
Unless Lazada do the logistics itself. The above situation applies. The delivery date is based upon statistics of how long a parcel arrives in the Philippines through China mail post.
Good thing you can complain to lazada if it breaks it promise.
