Lahat ba ng Samsung mu7000 uses VA Panel?
The far majority of Samsungs are VA from the entry level to the flagship lines. Some odd sizes at the entry level may get IPS or PLS panels, but they're more exceptions than the rule. There is no harm in double-checking (some sizes like the 43 inchers sometimes get IPS or PLS panels).
VA LCD contrast and black levels are now comparable to and are often superior to Plasma, though uniformity and viewing angles will always be Plasma strengths. Sharpness is of course another VA strength, since there is minimal light bleed to adjacent pixels.
Contrast comparison of entry level units:
Samsung F5500 contrast ratio (FHD Plasma - 2013): 2392:1
Samsung MU6300 contrast ratio (UHD VA LCD - 2017): 5768:1
Sony X720E contrast ratio (UHD IPS LCD - 2017): 907:1
A lot of the Plasma and OLED hate directed towards LCD revolves around black levels and contrast ratio. In this regard, VA significantly outperforms IPS. At the moment if OLED is unattainable, VA LCD is the next best option for realistic imaging.
Contrast comparison of high end units:
Pioneer Kuro contrast ratio (FHD Plasma - 2008): 8809:1
Sony X940E contrast ratio (UHD VA LCD LD - 2017): 11634:1
LG SJ9500 contrast ratio (UHD IPS LCD LD - 2017): 1560:1
