yes they are very nice, but I believe that the new compact 7 (ES-3) are redesigned to be much easier than the previous models, 25 watts from an ss amp isn't so much come to think of it...

Saw your post sa HUG. . . busy sa compact 7 stands ah. . . medyo madedelay talaga yung quote sa LP rack, hehehe. Pa post naman pag natapos na. . . baka umorder din ako for myself.

I certainly hope so. . . have no funds to engage in new system component matching. But Ferdie said the Compact 7s do well with any amp. But the better the amp, the better the sound, so I'm hoping I'll end my audio upgrade journey for a longer while. . . at least on the amp and speaker side.

Sa DAC side, may Rega DAC na parating na mukhang maganda. . but that's for another topic. . .
