07/06/07
posted pics of my parents' bedroom setup. i actually bought this a few months ago pero nagyon ko lang napost :) i also added an M&K MX-200 to the rear of my main ht room. the cht12r is in storage right now hindi pa rin kinukuha ng friend ko but i think excessive na 3 subs kaya d ko na muna kinabit ;D

Great set up!

One thing though...you could try hiding the AVR at the back of the TV to make it look "cleaner".

Great gears sir! cable management na lang and a little  arrangement will make your set-up looks better. Try to place Your av rack and sub woofer at both sides of Your tv so that your fronts will be  far apart. Mas wider ang front soundstage and yung mga wires maitatago mo pa since nasa middle ang amp.  Just a suggestion lang sir.
Congrats sir sa set-up!  :D

thanks everyone! no need to call me sir, i'm only 25 and i assume we're all friends here ;D this is actually my parent's house(i'm still living at home) although i bought all the AV stuff except for the tv.

i would love a pj but it's simpossible because of the huge windows at the side and the big sliding door at the back :'( maybe when i have my own house in a few years i can make a dedicated ht room like some of the members here like idols Matzer, Munskie, Ricky and Dieselsy ;D ;D

i'm planning on diy'ing some room treatments next so if any of you have any suggestions it would be very much appreciated ;D

Wow! Cool HT gears you have there. Kaya lang killjoy naman yung isang poste bakit dun napunta yun ;D ;D Di ba nya naa-apektohan o naba-block yung sound ng isang surround mo? I suggest na medyo i-forward mo ng konti yung mga sofa sets then ilipat mo na rin yung location ng mga surrounds mo in such a way na hindi maba-block ng haligi. ;)

Congrats!

Very observant of you! I was waiting for someone to comment on that ;D This part of the house was extended when it was renovated a few years ago. Load bearing pillar yan kaya hindi pwede tanggalin :'(

Thanks for the suggestion pero masyado na ako malapit sa tv nun kung imomove ko yung sofa(i'm sitting less than 4m away) tsaka lalo ng mabloblock yung surrounds. anyway wala naman masyado effect if your on the seetspot or the lefstside of the room. medyo mayroon lang pag nakaupo sa tabi ng pillar. But it's not so bad, i still get a nice surround sound effect :)

thanks for looking!
