What I am asking is how to track packages by customer's name.
Because in Aura's post, she said:

3. Once registered, you may also check your packages based on your name.

So how do we track packages based on our name, not tracking number?

For me it's much simpler to just input the tracking number. Your name will be displayed once the package is on its way.

I have lost a few packages since last year and up to now your team has no resolution YAB (Myla). I keep on calling Derrel but you're always saying your NY office hasn't replied yet. What's going on? I find your excuse so lame because I tracked the packages being received in the NY office. I sent the tracking packages as proof that they received it.
