Suggestion lang sir mark. I have always wondered if an film buff like most of us in the hobby would readily distinguish a 720p vs 1080p image. Granting that the native 720p PJ and flat panels are fast depreciating and most of the
are 720p, is it really discernable between the 2 images. This could be one of the tests in the next EB. A big screen would be a good start to gauge these two, since I have read somewhere that Hi Def PQ is evident starting on a 50 inch screen and negligible anywhere below that size. Just my 2 cents. ![Wink ;)](https://www.pinoydvd.com/Smileys/default/wink.gif)
Screen size and distance from screen are inter-related. Because of this, it's very hard to do this test because everyone will need to be seated the same distance from the screen. Baka row 2 lang lahat. Wala na row 4 para sa mga magugulo (maybe that's also the positive side?
![Grin ;D](https://www.pinoydvd.com/Smileys/default/grin.gif)
). Practically speaking, it will be very difficult to do this test.
We need to think of something else. Actually, iniisip ko pa rin is a lecture by an expert on audio and video calibration. I suspect a lot of people will find this interesting and useful.
