Cheetah Girls 1: Ever been released here?

I just bought last Friday Cheetah Girls 2 for my daughter.  And now, she's asking me to buy the first Cheetah Girls DVD.  Question -- has there been a local R3 release of the first movie?  Or has there been any recent sightings of the first movie?  Thanks!
