The BBC Special "Explore: Sex and Religion in Manila"

I was surprised to see the title of this torrent, so I downloaded it. It's about the Reproductive Health Bill, and the poverty/population problem in our country.

I was even more surprised, though, to see my cousin was interviewed in it

Finally finished Series 1 of Gavin and Stacey and currently getting Series 2 and the Christmas Special. It's a really wonderful series -- with a slight kink. Predictably enough, it will now get a US version. I can't even begin to imagine how they will translate the cultural Wales/Essex differences, which was essential to the original.

The bigger challenge, will they be able to retain the original's sweet without being saccharine vibe? I read that New York and New Jersey will stand in for Wales and Essex and Stacey would be from South Carolina.

Yup, that's one other thing that worries me. I can already see the American version of Being Human -- I bet they'll turn it into some sort of Buffy monster fest.

Thanks for this. It was interesting. I also recently saw Vinnie Jones' Toughest Cops: Philippines. I thought it was a very good show as well. Made me see local law enforcement in a better light.

After seeing X44's pos about this series, I remember having a copy of the first season. I revisited the series and started downloading the rest. Great series, specially the last one, it's delicious

It's a pity they concluded the series. Great stories.
