No problem Surg. Finally, we were able to deliver the TV after a few postponements: typhoon, delivery truck breakdowns etc.

Thanks for the purchase. Hope you appreciate the alternative settings provided by Spyder ProTV Calibration.

You won't get dead pixels sa plasma...

Image retention lang naman ang pinaka-sakit ng ulo ng plasma owners,

but according to many, such problem has been addressed already and wouldn't worry about it too much.

Just enjoy your TV and treat it just like an ordinary TV.

What about the 1st 100 hour thing? Should it really be followed? Thanks!

Even if the experts here are saying na its a thing of the past,
I did followed it, I even kept a list of the number of hours. Wala namang mawawala
sa akin if I follow it, but I would lose a lot if in case na magka-IR dahil sa hindi ko pagsunod.
So para walang maging dahilan at sisihan sa huli, I did broke in my plasma for 100 hours or so,...

Stop worrying too much sir, you won't enjoy having a big TV if you do worry that much...  ;)

Don't worry, there are plenty of experts here na pwede nating hingan ng advice and tips,...

Good luck..!

So even cable operation is safe during "break-in"? I've set everything to 50. Almost all chanels have a non moving logo that might get stuck on the screen. Sorry, this plasma thing is kinda delicate. Thanks!

Hindi ba pwede set to dynamic during break-in? maliwanag kasi sa room during daytime kaya mas maganda kung dynamic mode

i did not follow the break in thingy, set my contrast to 70 in the first day and everything is fine, I haven't experienced IR even when I fell asleep watching basketball tv, thinking the logo might be 'burned in'. I also watched dvds with the top and bottom black bars and no IR as well.

Well it's always better to be safe than to be sorry. ;) pero ako I just trusted the experts here and just use my tv the way I wanted it. ;D

Yeah example would be Ninja Gaiden for Ps3:

When you look around the buildings tend to give off a green trail.

Yes, it's normal on all plasma displays.  It's good to know that there are now 3 of us who have noticed it.  It's called "green phosphor lag".  Some people seem to be more sensitive to it than others.

Yup, it's not that hard see! kitang kita talaga. For movies, you won't see it but for games obvious siya!
