Thanks!  Check nyo ebay some are selling it for a fairly good price.  I got mine for P1300 (P1600 shipped).  I thought nice deal na rin kaya kinuha ko na.   :)

About Twilight/NewMoon FS Steelbook - I saw one seller at ebay selling it separately.. I was just shocked to see that his Twilight (case only) sold for 33 GBP ~ P2200.   :o  :o  P2200 just for an empty case??  that's absurd... ::)

Spanish invasion... ;D

Got this from the P.O. yesterday.  I included the pic of the box, kasi humanga ako sa pagkakapackage nung mga dvds...

eto yung box...

inside...you will see that the dvds were all protected...

oscar winners in steelbook packaging...
Amadeus...

No Country for old men...

Rocky complete collection...Rocky 1 being a winner of Oscar...

Eto isinama ko na lang...Hindi sya Oscar winner, pero masyado rare na yung futureshop xclusive nito, kaya sa Spain na ko kumuha...

Vendetta...

Group shot ng acquisitions...

It turned out that the Vendetta was not a steelbook...Metalpak pala sya... :'(

for those who want to know the difference between metal tin case, metalpak and steelbook packaging, here are pics...

metalpak...

steelbook...

you might be wondering, ano yung maliit na bilog dun sa malapit sa dvd...
eto sya...close up...

libreng pin for the purchase...nasa loob...kala ko nga loose disc nung una...

the difference between metalpak and steelbook, is the spine...Sa steelbook, me spine, sa metalpak wala...mas sturdy ang steelbook, and mas mabubuka mo mabuti yung case compared sa metalpak...

metal tin box...

sa metal tin box naman, usually, case lang sya na gawa sa tin metal, at dun nakalagay yung mga dvd...

eto yung laman nung Rocky...

ma-oopen mo din sya both at the front and back...

pangit lang sa loob, kasi naka carton sleeve lang yung dvd...

sorry for the long post...

Got these today:

The Naked Gun Trilogy SteelBook (Germany)

Sherlock Holmes BD SteelBook (Germany)

The Sherlock Holmes BD steel comes with a transparent slipcase.  The green FSK logo is printed on the transparent slip, not on the case itself.

The FSK logo on the naked gun steel is a sticker, can be easily removed.

Will post pics of both opened steels when I open them.   ;D  ;D

I found some interesting dvd steel releases from germany.  Share ko lang with fellow steel collectors, baka meron interesado.  ;D ;D

Iron Man 2 (October 7, 2010) - EUR 16.99

Shutter Island (August 5, 2010) - EUR 15.99

The Hurt Locker - EUR 16.99

I wonder if we're getting a steelbook release of Iron Man 2 and Shutter Island locally...

Hurt Locker has already been released here.. no steelbook edition. :(
