sir pentium, thanks for the reply, pero po, di pa naactivate ung application ko sa plan 590, nag pa upgrade po aq sa plan 990, since nung monday (july 25, 2011)po eh naka pag bayad na aq and i submitted all the requirements needed, but until today, di pa rin po activated ung account ko, 5th day na po today. bakit po kaya na dedelay ang activation ng account ko? ung plan 590 po di na talaga inactivate kasi daw nag pa upgrade aq to plan 990.

mga sir ask ko po kasi may promo ngaun ang cignal na no installation fee and free kit for 990 and 1290 ngayon ang balak ko po sana kunin ay ang 1290 pag magpurchase ba ako ng 2nd box sa kanila dito sa bahay namin in which ang kukunin ko 1290 postpaid eh may bayad pa ng monthly yung 2nd box i mean separate pa yung 1290 nung 2nd box o free na siya monthly?

Meron lang akong kwento...

I emailed Cignal a week ago requesting for another connection to my room LCD (1st extension). They replied after a few days and asked me to submit (again) proof of income, etc for their review. Now, at the same day I emailed them, I texted my Cignal field team contact and replied immediately and texted me the cost (P575 for 2-way splitter, P1,000 labor, P230 advance month cost for 2nd box, plus the cost of additional cable to be used = P15 per mtr). Also they told me they can do the connection immediately (without the necessary prerequisite requirements asked by Cignal office).

Mas ok talagang dumeretso sa field team. I am sure pag service problems din mas ok dumeretso sa kanila.

Yun lang medyo nag back out muna ako kse wala pa akong budget for the 2k connection fee

. Sayang kse it was offered to me before for free when they did my connection kse meron silang free promo nun, di ko pa na grab.

Re problematic Pace HD remote, I was able to copy the Pace remote sa Logitech Harmony 300 universal remote.

yeah jhun, sorry for the delay. the box used for your acct was not properly allocated. nagtagal sa logistics ng cignal. di ko rin na update, now lang ako naka online.

btw, billing starts the day it was activated... not when it was installed.

nagawa kong ma control ung tv ko with the cignal hd box remote, so ibig sabihin ok ang remote, properly working, pero pag ung sa HD box na ang controlin ko, ayaw pa rin..haysss, pano ba yan??

multi function po kasi 'yang remote... na switch nyo sa TV mode.

FYI: PACE HD BOX Remote control recall has been issued, all affected remote control will be replaced.
Note: ONLY affected remote will be replaced. There was a programming issue on some batch of remote control.

if it fails within the 6 months period, it is covered by the recall.

note: physical damage is not part of replacement warranty. remote is considered consumable.

then its not a recall. kasi ang recall kahit working basta kasama ng affected batch nirereplace. its just like normal warranty.

Exactly.

Ang recall nirereplace kahit expired na ang warranty basta kasama sa defective batch. so hindi nga recall yan kung kasama sa defective batch pero hindi papalitan kung masisira outside of the warranty period.

@thebat: yep, available po ang remote P!50 lang yun.

@jhun: you may check PACE user manual on how to program remote to your TV. it should work as designed.
