75cm offset dish is good enough with the satellite currently in use.

Not that big, 8MB lang naman. Mga 15min tapos na update nyan.

Cignal dish is 75cm diameter
Condo unit will need to have approval from developer or condo owner.
Most condo are already pre wired for cable.
It is the condo developer option to change to satellite tv broadcast.

guess I have to ask the developer and hopefully they will agree.
I don't want skycable provider, and it is unfortunate that they acquired Destiny (which is our current provider).
And I think Cignal is cheaper w HD channels compared to Skycable I think.

Thanks brader. Sa tingin kung di nawawala ang satelite feed pag malakas ulan and hangin puwede na ang internet na add in. Pero as of now parang di pa puwede kasi di stable ang cignal pag malakas ulan and hangin.

ala carte channels soon pa rin...

Plan430 is for SD channels
they are planning to come out with Plan430 with 4 HD channels as well.

Thanks Sir Pentium for the update file that you have given me.. though I still haven't update my box because of my Flash drive is 8gb and FAT format is not applicable with that size.. will buy or borrow a lower range of FD to accommodate the FAT format..

auz un plan 430 nila may nat geo , fox filipino , MAX tapos my AFC pa sila talo pa un PLAN590 ,wala na din ba maadd na bago channel?

please check your signal quality to make sure your dish was not affected by the previous typhoon.

medyo madami rin kasi nagalaw ng hangin lalo na yung bagong dish design.

This is not really Cignal's fault. They use KU-band and this frequency is susceptible to rain fade (Dream and G-Sat also use KU).

C-band is less susceptible to rain fade, pero they require bigger dishes (1.2m-3m).

Both KU and C bands have their pros and cons.

As I read the caption on those channels, "Available in Cignal 430 and up by Aug. 15", Cignal are trying to entice the 390 subscribers by adding 4 SD channels.. That's php 10/channel...
