sir nirvblakr, gusto ko sanang mag add ng sub sa system ko, medyo low tech lang system ko eh.....yung tower speaker ko, dai-ichi ang brand. 40hz to 20khz yung frequency response, 400w max. (unclipped) yung nakalagay na rating, bass reflex yata yun na may 2 - 3" rear port. yung ampli ko connected sa sony mini component. yung ampli ko konzert na 250w+250w yung rating. ok naman yung tunog. solved na nga ako eh.....kaya lang talaga yatang dumarating yung time na parang may kulang......yung bass ok naman. pag nilagay ko sa 9 o'clock position ng volume lumalangitngit na yung jalousie ng bintana namin eh pati yung display cabinet na may salamin. yung bass nga lang hindi tight and parang di ako kontento sa punch. nag audition ako ng mordaunt sub sa megamall 100w yata yun pero di ako na impress sa dating eh.....mas ok pa yung tower ko......kahit yung dtx sub sa megamall di ako impress. ano ba maire recommend mo na sub?.....how much kung sa yo ako magpagawa?......mas compact sana mas ok kasi medyo maliit lang place namin eh.....saka nga pla yung bass ng tower ko boomy.....ayaw ni misis ng ganon. tinakpan ko na yung port sa likod medyo nabawasan yung boominess pero kulang pa talaga sa gusto ko eh......Preferred ko music kesa movie nga pla.

btw sir nirvblakr, yung sensitivity nung tower ko is 92db. baka you need this in consideration regarding the sub i want......thanks..

lance- our subwoofers can only be connected in low pass filters or via RCA plugs coming from the sub pre-outs of your receiver. If you do not have subpre-outs, and you will be attaching to the high pass filters of a stereo amp, guess you just have to look at the other brands.

sir nirvblakr may RCA input yung ampli ko for sub woofer. bale left and right subwoofer connection yung nakalagay dun sa likod. di lang ako sure if it is high pass or low pass pero sa mga nababasa ko dito pag RCA daw low pass na yon eh. medyo impressive ksi yung comments ng mga nakabili na sa yo ng sub kaya i know maganda rin ang makukuha ko na sub sa yo. nag dedeliver po ba kayo sa antipolo?

it would help if you can give the freq. range of your towers so they can have and idea if you need a lot of help in the bass or need a sub that just fills up the lower freqs. Their subs are pretty good if your not brand conscious and just concerned with the sound

john5479 - dre, 40hz to 20khz ang frequency range nung tower ko. actually solved na ko dun dati eh.....kulang nga lang sa punch ikaw nga.....and di ako concern sa brand eh....basta solve ako sa sounds. actually pag nakikinig ako mas gusto ko nga nakapikit eh...... ;Dhe he he parang nag e emote ba.... :)ini internalized ko yung mga notes na naririnig ko.
