We do not repair computer speakers. They are in their plastic casings and repairing it will destroy its casing.

You can get our 10 inch downfiring subwoofer as replacement of your sub as long as your system has a low frequency RCA output where you can connect to your sub.

the z680 sub enclosure is made of half inch mdf.
theres no rca for low frequency output, it has only 5 output for sattelite at the back of the sub.

technophile- What is the size of the driver of your subwoofer? If the sub driver is inside a bandpass enclosure, it would be hard to access the driver. But if it is exposed as in a down or frontfiring design, then maybe we could do something about it.

vinnov4- Our subs are designed to be attached directly to the sub out of the receiver. Although there are subs that can use its internal amp to power satellite speakers, this is not a good option. It is still better to attach your speakers to your receiver or main amp.

The amp of our subwoofers do not have satellite output.

its an 8 inch front firing sub. is it better to change the sub driver with a higher sensitivity and could give a much cleaner shaky sound wihout any modification on its amp?

The amp and driver was paired in such a way that they are compatible with each other and could give the best quality sound output possible.

Sensitivity is innate in the driver itself in that one cannot modify it to increase its sensitivity.

Remember that low frequencies produced by subwoofers demand a lot of power from the amp as compared to mid and high frequencies.

Guess you just have to purchase a new more powerful sub to meet your needs.

I had just got my marble "bookshelf" speakers and they are heavy!

hirap sa placement and transport...each speaker weighs ~40 pounds. it has narra wood side panels. as for the sound ~

nirv, i was planning on getting a DQ12 and connect it directly to the sub out of my dvd player. Can I also do the same with your subwoofers?

Larry_Boy- We put internal bracings inside the sub's enclosure to minimize the distortion of the box specially in loud and low frequency outputs. Putting in fiberfill enhances the quality of the bass and also eliminates the distortion.
