Bought mine last Sept. 19. in SNS.

Pros, reads most of my HD movies from USB except for 2012:

Video: MPEG4 Video (H264) 1280x528 23.98fps [Video]
Audio: AAC 48000Hz stereo 1536Kbps [Audio]

Cons,

Backlight bleeding in the upper right and left corners, and slight on the lower right and left,

VGA connection on my MSI laptop with ATI HD3450 works only in 1600x1200,
on my Vaio with Intel GMA works only perfectly with 1680x1050 max,
if I try running at 1920x1080 the lcd proportions goes all wrong.

OT: the bundled HT805 haven't arrived yet.

I bought mine last Aug pa before the huge discounts... also at SNS.

Aside from not getting the discounts which happened 3 weeks later, I'm very satisfied with it together with the HT805.  The built-in media player can play almost all (i'd say around 95%) of the Blu-Ray and HD movies on my 1TB external HD.  The only drawback was having to convert most of the sound of the movies from DTS to Dolby Digital.

I haven't noticed any backlight bleeding with my unit but that may be due to the fact that this is my first TV purchase and I'm not as discerning as other users yet...

Sa akin wala pa naman ako na experience, nabili ko yung 42 ko sa sns last sept10

ganyan din ang problem ko sabi ni sir vic papalitan niya ang unit, ang hindi niya sure is baka lumabas ulit ang bleeding after 2 months

Sori to butt in, 32ld460 yung aking nabili ko rin this month, i noticed na meron din backlight bleeding sa center lower part ng lcd, tanung ko lang po, would it qualify for replacement ng unit? im worried na baka lumaki pag-tagal tagal yung bleeding..thanks

pwede yan ireplace ni sir vic kapag sa sns ka bumili , baka papalitan ko yung akin,meron kasi small part sa lower left eh.

Yup sa SNS ako bumili, covered pa siya ng 30 period nila, worry ko kasi baka in the future bigla na lang kumalat yung bleeding, might as well coordinate with Sir Vic, other than the bleeding satisfied naman sa ld460

yan din ang problem ko, pero hindi naman ka grabe katulad ng nasa itaas na picture.Try ko muna ayusin ang settings baka makuha pa, kapag ayaw talaga its time to replace the unit.

Satisfy din ako sa unit ko kaso yung bleeding lang talaga ang problem

I like to try LG TV again but after my experience with their plasma and yours now.  tsktsktsk

If the same problem will occur after 2 months from replacing the unit, then that's a problem. Now i am thinking whether to push through with the deal or find another brand/model.

Tanung ko sir, meron bang "minimum" criteria ang backlight bleeding to qualify for the replacement? Tapos isa, kayo po ba magdadala ng unit or sila ng pipick-up?

It's always best to call SNS. Atleast we know that sir vic will replace the unit.

anu issue ng plasma sir? lahat ba ng lcd nakakaranas nito?..

I know sir vic can replace my unit but the problem is paano kung magkaroon ulit ng bleeding?.

Sa performance naman kasi ng tv na to satisfy ako yun nga lang ang bleeding ang problem

guys, possible ba mag correct mag isa yun backlight bleeding?

yun sakin kasi meron sa lower right side mdyo malaki pero after 2 days pag balik ko nawala na sya...

babalik kaya ito?

also ive notice kung nag lipat ako from standard to cinema or to vivid. meron running white background although minimal lang naman. kung i off ko mawawala rin. (ito yun parang nakikita natin sa mga news sa tv. kung hinarap camera sa crt tv parang meron running na white)

Maybe it depends on the model since my LED LG doesn't have this issue.. Hmmm...

madalas nating nasasabi pero mahirap ata kung ganyang tsambahan amigo. paano kung sa province ka so you just have to live with its imperfection? sa lawak na ng technology on flat tv di ba mas dapat pa ngang almost flawless ang production?

ok lang kung papalitan habang under warranty pa e paano kung lagpas na? higit sa lahat hassle para sa mga malalayong lugar.

balik cv700 na lang siguro ako. been to a store yesterday and kinda leaning towards ld460 na sana kaso with this thread, hmmmm...

i don't think it's an isolated case. too bad.

sa ps3 games at blurays ok na ok ito.ang downside talaga yung bleeding.

I called up LG , they will send their techician tomorrow to check my unit, baka sa settings lang ng t.v.(sana), minsan kasi paginiba ko yung picture settings nawala yung yung onting bleeding, tapos binawasan ko yung contrast at brightness.

Sino ba yung carlo na yan?.hehehe.my ganito ba siyang unit?
