Napag-aralan na si Jeremy Lin.

Teams know how to stop/limit him already.

He has to develop his left hand more (very weak - which he why he doesn't like to go left when driving to the basket) and also he has to develop his Lateral quickness (which is why he has difficulty guarding the "elite" point guards).

And lastly, limit his turnovers.

i don't think the Knicks need to trade Melo, it's the coaching system that's flawed. Mike No D' Antoni doesn't maximize the abilities of his players, he keeps on insisting on using his system which isn't suited for this team.

i agree that Lin is now being defended well by opposing teams, but at the same time maybe he's giving way to Melo, in short he's being too unselfish knowing that he's just a nobody who came out from nowhere to be on the Knicks rotation. i never looked at Lin as a superstar in the making, he's more of a decent and sometimes unstable option for the Knicks at PG.

My take on the Knicks:

The reason why they've won 6 in a row with Jeremy Lin at the drivers seat was because of their unpredictability.
Dahil wala si Amare and Melo, nagbago yung team at di kabisado ng mga opponents. Di mo malalaman who will take the shot. Si Lin, di pa sya pinagaralan ng mga ibang opponents.

Now with Amare and Melo, very predictable ang ball movement or in their case non ball movement.

I like Jeremy Lin. Laro lang ng laro matututo din yan. I think perfect sya talaga dito sa NY. Baka mag work sa kanila ang triangle offense?

very well said sir. i like Jeremy Lin too, but not to the point that im proclaiming him as an elite PG. don't get me wrong, he's very good.. but as of now he's not yet the type who can carry a franchise.

as for the triangle offense, maybe.. maybe not.  ;)

D'Antoni has no D, but his players do. Put in Lin, Novak, Chandler, Fields and Shumpert. They can penetrate, shoot 3 and post low. Plus, they play D. They won't be elite contenders now, but they sure would win games and keep the ratings up.

nice suggestion, wala kasi talagang chemistry on the court si Melo and Amare.

the Knicks' reserves play better than the starting 5.  ;D :D

^ hardcore Anthony Mason fan ah.  ;D

nakakaasar na ang drama ni D12. if you want out of Orlando, tell the whole world where you want to go. para na siyang nagpapansin sa ginagawa niya na pag flip flop sa trade demands niya. M-W-F he wants to play elsewhere, T-TH-S he loves Orlando ang the Magic organization.  ::)

at least si Melo, he made it clear to the Nuggets that he wants to be traded to NY and that he will only sign an extension with the Knicks.

oo nga e.parang babae magpatumpik tumpik tong si d12.nagpapaka diva!  ::)

i remember watching this in the US.asar na asar ako kay Brown at pinatulan ang napakaliit na charlie ward. :)

what did they get for this,a 1 or 2 game suspension?

samantalang ngayon you stray away from your bench during a 'fight' would be enough to suspend you 2 seasons.  ;D

sana matapos na ang trade deadline so we can start watching basketball without drama.

im so sick with all the trade talks.

good thing Drose spoke out that he did not request for a dwight trade to the bulls.

inevitable naman ata ang isang season without any drama whatsoever, trade talks or otherwise.  :)

it's fun to some extent, speculating and whatnot.pero in a way i agree with you, this d12 thing is just something that a primadonna would do,not an almost 300lb hulk of a man. :-\

Here come the trades:

According to Yahoo! Sports, Golden State has agreed to trade Monta Ellis, Ekpe Udoh and Kwame Brown to Milwaukee for Andrew Bogut and Stephen Jackson.  Jackson could play with a vengeance as starting/returning SF for the Warriors.  Meanwhile, I'm not sure if a backcourt of Jennings and Ellis will work, and whether Udoh and Brown can replace Bogut's contributions to the Bucks' frontline.

Bogut for Kwame?
i know they are both #1 draft picks but it's like another gasol for kwame giveaway deal in '08.
and how come kwame is always in this kind of situation?
maybe jordan wasn't wrong after all in taking him as #1... lol

Good. Since, I prefer an Ellis or Curry, and not Ellis and Curry...Bogut, David Lee, Stephen Jackson and Curry starting next season? Cool!
