I downloaded the demo disk and took me around 3 days. Played it through my desktop(psuedo HTPC setup) and the clips selected are quite good. Shows off the PQ and SQ of any system. I'm from makati and anyone who wants to copy are welcome to it.

Is that burned to Bluray disc? I don't see that menu when browsing the files on my external drive.

if you can't burn it as a blu-ray disc, what you can do is build and ISO image of a BD containing those files.
i accomplished this via IMGburn

i then mount the image via Daemon tools and then BD playback via PowerDVD

some NMT's have support for such BD ISO with full menu navigation as well

ang difference lang, imbes na "Write Files/Folders to disc", ang option na gamitin ay "Create image file from files/folders"

+1 on this. Based on what i read before, the author distributed the file through torrent. Actually there was a link in his site (http://brdemo.chocolateboxphoto.com -- think the site is now down),  that points to the torrent file. He distributed the file for free.

As for the author charging a fee, he just provided an option for people who did not want to download thru torrent or who don't have a BD burner... I think he charges around $50+ to burn the demo material into a BD and ship it.

If anyone is interested, here is a link to the torrent : http://www.mediafire.com/?57l5pfr3aku1fsa

It's 46.1GB, took me 8 days to complete the download. Let me know if you guys want to copy (free of charge). Sa HDD lang nga po as I don't have a BD Burner... am playing it using my PCH lang kasi.

Downloading.... ;D salamat po sa link.
question lang po?
Ibang version pa ba ito ke sir ninjababes :)

here it is, i hope it's clear enough...

How to Create BD-ISO for "Home Theater Demonstration Bluray v2.0"

NOTE:
Some torrent clients like utorrent are unable to create the proper folder structure for Blu-Ray Disc/ISO. There are required empty folders which are not re-created by some torrent clients. This guide assumes you have completed downloading the torrent "Home Theater Demonstration Bluray v2.0"

Please follow the steps outlined below to create the proper folder structure.

1. Download this file:
BDMV_(no_Stream_folder).zip
http://www.fileden.com/files/2007/3/30/942381/BDMV_%28no_Stream_folder%29.zip

2. Extract all the contents of the zip file into "[working folder]\BDMV\".
example: D:\TEMP\BDMV\ where "D:\TEMP" is your [working folder]

3. Navigate to your [torrent folder] containing the completed download. You should see 4 items (1 folder, 2 .jpg files, 1 .txt file)
example: D:\Torrents\Home Theater Demonstration Bluray v2.0\ where "D:\Torrents" is your [torrent folder]

4. Open the folder named "Home Theater Demonstration Bluray v2.0". You should again see 4 items (2 folders, 2 .jpg files)
example: D:\Torrents\Home Theater Demonstration Bluray v2.0\Home Theater Demonstration Bluray v2.0\ where "D:\Torrents" is your [torrent folder]

5. Copy the folder named "CERTIFICATE" and Paste it into your [working folder]. Your [working folder] should now contain "BDMV" and "CERTIFICATE"

6. Navigate back to the folder described in Step 4

7. Open the folder named "BDMV"

8. Copy the folder named "STREAM" and Paste it into your "[working folder]\BDMV"

9. Verify that the folder structure within your [working folder] is exactly as follows:

Quote
[working folder]
-> BDMV
-.-> (2 files)
-.-> AUXDATA (empty)
-.-> BACKUP
-.-.-> (2 files)
-.-.-> BDJO (empty)
-.-.-> CLIPINF
-.-.-.-> (76 files)
-.-.-> JAR (empty)
-.-.-> PLAYLIST
-.-.-.-> (124 files)
-.-> BDJO (empty)
-.-> CLIPINF
-.-.-> (76 files)
-.-> JAR (empty)
-.-> META
-.-.-> DL
-.-.-.-> (4 files)
-.-> PLAYLIST
-.-.-> (124 files)
-.-> STREAM
-.-.-> (76 files)

-> CERTIFICATE
-.-> (1 file)
-.-> BACKUP
-.-.-> (1 file)

After verifying that you have the proper folder structure, you may proceed to creating the Image file/BD-ISO

1. Download and install IMGBURN
http://imgburn.com/index.php?act=download

2. Launch IMGBURN. Select "Create image file from files/folders"

3. Click "File" then "Browse for a source folder..."

4. Navigate to your [working folder], select "BDMV", and click OK. Under the box named "Source" it should now contain "[working folder]\BDMV"
example: D:\TEMP\BDMV\ where "D:\TEMP" is your [working folder]

5. Click "File" then "Browse for a destination file..." to specify where the image file will be saved.

6. Click "File" then "Build"

7. You will see the following dialog box, click YES.

Quote
---------------------------
ImgBurn
---------------------------
You haven't included a 'CERTIFICATE' folder even though one exists at the same directory level as the 'BDMV' folder.

Would you like me to include it for you now?
---------------------------
Yes   No   Cancel
---------------------------

8. You will see the another dialog box, click YES.

Quote
---------------------------
ImgBurn
---------------------------
Your image contains a 'BDMV' folder in the root directory so I'm going to assume it's a Blu-ray Video disc.

Blu-ray Video discs typically use the 'UDF' file system, not 'ISO9660 + UDF' as you have selected.

Would you like me to adjust the setting for you?
---------------------------
Yes   No   Cancel
---------------------------

9. You will be asked to Confirm Volume Label, you may specify the label as desired.

10. After confirming the label you'll get this info, click OK.

Quote
---------------------------
ImgBurn
---------------------------
485 Files, 16 Folders

Content Type: BD Video

Data Type: MODE1/2048

File System(s): UDF (2.50)
Volume Label: HTDEMO

Size: 49,585,042,560 bytes
Sectors: 24,211,744

Image Size: 49,588,666,368 bytes
Image Sectors: 24,213,216
---------------------------
OK   Cancel
---------------------------

11. It should now proceed to creating the ISO file. After it has completed you may now load the image file onto a media player that supports BD-ISO playback. Use software/hardware which has Full BD Navigation for best results ;)

Hmm... have you tried extracting some of the files to check if they're playable? Also, what is the filename of the iso?

less than an hour.(bd file ----> image file)
it depends on your cpu speed.(image file ----> bd)

Digital.Video.Essentials HD.Basics.BluRay.1080p.AVC.TrueHD.5.1

once loaded to TMT, it would give me an error that it stopped working and windows is checking for solutions but did not really help.  Spears Munsil would give me a disk unplayable error, even after extracting   :-\

If the files can't be played even after extracting, then the files themselves have a problem and not really the structure of the BD.  :(

any advice?
