Awesome build! I'm using Minimserver also for my other files on the PC since my NAS is currently full.
Thanks, sir. I found Minimserver easier to configure compared to Foobar.
Awesomeness brader.... Ang gandaaaaa.... Kelan ba pwede bumisita dyan?
Thanks, Jason. Your amp was a nice match to the B&W speakers. Effortless, dynamic and quiet but very neutral sounding - not warm, not bright. Kung ano ang gustong iparinig ng artist, yun ang naririnig ko. You can audition it anytime, just let me know a day or two in advance.
I will bring breast petals. Hehe! Para hindi ka makaisa na naman. Hehe!
Di uubra yan sa akin. Ask Martin. Hahaha..
Very nice room and setup. Congrats Elco!
IDOL! Kumusta na? Long time no see! Thanks for the kind words. Please drop by when you're free. I need your comments.
What's nice about the build is that he was able to provide treatment for the square room. Square room are just awful if left untreated. I hope the treatment was able to tame or control the echoes and reverbs
Thank you, sir. The room began as almost a cube. 15ft x 15ft x 12ft. I knew I would have to resize the room. Not having the funds for a professional acoustician, I consulted several websites on room modes and standing waves. The result was a final inner dimension of 14ft x 11ft x 8 ft. I knew I would need bass traps in such a small room, so the new walls were thin drywall on resilient channels with Rockwool behind. It flexes with bass waves and acts as a quasi-basstrap. I had no idea this would work when the walls were being built. Fortunately, it did.
Very Nice..
Thanks, sir.
Congrats... very well planed and build.
Cheers.
Thanks, sir. Since I did not have the funds for an architect, I decided on DIY. But to cut down on mistakes (as much as possible), I took my time planning and building. Planning took 3 months and the build took another 3 months. Hehe..
Your soundproofing looks amazing. Wicked choice of components, too.
Thanks for sharing. It's a great project.
Thanks very much. Since I like to DIY but with as little waste as possible, a lot of research and computation went into the build. It also took a while to save up for everything. Haha..
