heard that they'll be releasing this on March 7... same din ba dito?

and I heard rumors of a Mike Newell commentary... (though DVDActive stated no commentary on the R1 release)

and magkano kaya? will Warner be following the Php 499 price tag or sell it like the original prices of the first four films (Php 895)?

i think they'll be pricing it 895 as the previous releases of hp installments, demand is higher for the movie!

BUT i'm hoping it would be around 499 too. with the recent releases of warner, the packaging looks awful, amaray cases do not look original, no slipcase (unless deluxe editions), printout looks smudged at times.

your right bro. All 499 priced dvd's are locally packed while 695, 895 prices are imported and have better print cover art and amaray case. you can tell naman if its imported or not. sana lang warner tells the truth.wag na lagyan ng sticker na its imported.para namang niloloko tayo. If we are living in the states we can sue them for not telling the truth. IMHO

But when I bought the Miss Congeniality Deluxe Edition, it was priced at 695... but the print on the slipcase was... err... not that good. Even the print on the disc was a bit blurry. So I'd wish they'd release it with the 499 or even 550 price. For me, I think that's the most appropriate.

Sana r3 would release a deluxe edition over r1. And if not. I hope it includes a slip case. Slip case rule.

only 1 and 2. But since they cancelled the digipak and snap case as a standard puro keep case lang pag 2 disc. But it did say na De luxe edition so may keep case? Crossing my fingers even on my feet.

Magrerelease din kaya ang Warner Phils ng two versions nito? I heard merun sya two versions: one disc only (just the movie) and the two discs (Disc 1 - movie and Disc 2 - special features)

harry potter 1 digipak r1 widescreen r2 foolscreen

harry potter 2 r1 and r3 in digipak widescreen
harry potter 3 for r1 widescreen in keepcase r3 in keepcase also but later on have slip case in widescreen

Okay some major news from Warner. Philippine territory was approved for earlier release, so we're getting our copies on March 14. Tentative pricing is out. The 2-disc widescreen version will retail for Php550.
