yup. mordaunt short 502thx cherry color for 25t neg.
sonus faber concertino pre-home for 27t neg.

the AT440ml cart sounded very bright during the break in period. after about 60hrs of listen, it has tamed down providing more detail, life, in comparison to the ortofon OM5e.

Thanks Sir accastil... :D coz at the moment, I got ortofon vms3e as replacement stili from the original when I got the TTable. I sounded OK compared to my first Technics TTable connected to my Denon AVR2802 I already brought home to Pinas 3yrs ago.
There's AT440mla being offered in lpgear.com (my stylus vendor) at discounted price. Any opinion of this? Thanks again... Aj  :D

havent own a monitor 7 but heard it at a demo using BnK amps, amc cdp, and an ARC preamp. it sounds good for its price. typical paradigm sound...strong, tight bass, extended highs but a bit dry, nice mids...id go with the studio20v3 for an addl 5Tphp though :)

I just got the mini monitors and cc190 few days ago...Im very happy with these and also compared with B&W (dont know the model but almost same size sila) in Pardigm shangrila and to me the paradigms sounded better, more clarity to me..I brought my Day after tom disc and check the wave scene, same volume...  I can hear the wave splashing better on the paradigm. The clarity of the water sprinkling (can hear the drips) is better. I dont hear this on the B&W, but of course B&W are great also, I just noticed this on the paradigm, so went ahead to get these. Service is also great and like to thank Paradigm shangrila...Im very satisfied..

First time I knew about these speakers is when they were playing spiderman 3 on the monitor 7's. They sounded really good, thats when I started to have interest in this brand..

hi kt,

tagal bago magka SARS ah. ok yan MS904 mo, nag-mass load ka ba sa "empty" chamber ? lagyan mo ng dry sand para gumanda ang bass - tight n deep. another possible tweak is changing internal wires to branded wires of your choice.

Paradigm speakers, especially the Reference Studio and Signature Series don't need 'SAND' loading. They where already pre-loaded with innert internal bracing, thicker enclosures that the weight of each piece or pair will speak for itself.  ;D

I didn't noticed that... what I knew 6-1/2" is the min. size as in my St60 v2 but the v3 now 7". have you check it's specs sheet if it really say so? or maybe it's just visual but the actual measurement not same as your observation.

saan ka ba? are you in Pinas? mine got 2002 about $550.00 but now it's about $750.00 the v3 and powering it with B&K TX4430 200x3/c, one channel for center paradigm CC370 v3. I'm base in middleast.

paradigm is a wellknown brand ok din try para maiba naman.

ms904 has an empty chamber designed specifically for mass loading you can pour sand or pebbles directly. it will add depth and make the bass tighter.

I love PARADIGM!!! I've had my set-up since '03 and hasn't failed me yet; still churning out precision quality sound for movies in tandem with my HK receiver.  These superior canadian-built speakers were really meant to last.  Very much satisfied with the brand.  ;)

I have a relatively small room so opted for the smaller speaks.

Last night, visited the dealer and saw the ver. 5. what a new look with the white woofer, magnetic grill attachment and the woofer sorrounds are very stiff. It made my ver. 2 looked a decade older.... :(

Guys,

For purely music 2-ch, what's the recommended Paradigm speaker bookshelf or Floorstander? Listening area is around 20sqm.
