I have a Sheffield Drive and a Chesky's Ultimate Demonstration Disc CDs?

any of these two CDs are already a complete test CD? kelangan pa natin tig-isang kopya para may 2 identical CDs tayo.

OK, may pang-test na tayo. we now have two identical test CD. This Chesky CD is good for critical listening and for testing audio equipment and speakers.

guys madami itong papakinggan natin 15 units.

between 1pm to 6pm we can play up to 20mins each if we play them only once.... but since this is a shootout we might be playing half of them 2x, some of them 3x.... i think we will be staying at sir narayan's house up to 9pm like we did before, unless we do something to minimize the number of rounds.

i heard there will be at least 4 amps? dala na ba tayo ng unan? hehe

dapat nyan mabilisan ang pagpalit ng cdps para d tayo abutin ng 9pm. i suggest one song each for jazz, vocals, rock para tatlong genre lang pakinggan natin.

Audioslave, iyo ba yung US version? Yun nga napansin ko, almost the same yung specs, pero itong japanese version parang mas nakalamang ng kaunti sa specs. Sana makuha ko na bukas yung sansui AU-D907X ko para madala ko sabado and mapakinggan din ng iba, or baka sa surplus amp shootout nalang

Hope we can make the shot-out as simple as possible let's say will create criterias:
VOCALS:
SOUNDSTAGE.......ETCH.
And maybe we can make use of different amplifier for the criterias, Nakakahiya kasi sa host kung mago-overtime tayo. Ano suggestions nyo? Dapat ma-finalize na ang mga gagamiting CDs. Because marami ng entry maybe we can group 3 player at a time, para walang biased lets raffle for a number?

I had a chance to home demo the Exposure before and its a fine player for the type of music I like (rock) with lots of attack. However, with the equipment I have, I couldn't detect an appreciable difference with the 1070. It all came down to features and build (the 1070 feels twice as heavy as the 2010) thats why I chose the Rotel. But yes the 2010 did beat the 1070 narrowly in a Hi-Fi Choice shootout.

sana huwag tayo masyado matagalan.... hindi na effective ang shootout kung magsi-uwian yun iba dahil late na, esp. yun mga CDP owners baka kasama yun CDP paguwi hehe.

kapag 2 at a time ang comparison matagal masyado.... kung 3 at a time, all 15 CDP's will be played at least once (round 1), 5 units will be played twice (round 2), and 2 units will be played thrice (finals)..... that means we'll be playing a CD player 22 times..... between 1pm to 6pm we can play them no more than 13minutes each (assuming continuous playing).
