Eto brader, manipis na plywood... ;D

Manipis nga at tamang tama kaso problema ko pano ko cut yan into strips of 2" na pantay na pantay..he he he

May nag suggest naman.. Vinyl Rubber Base board kaso it comes into 4" width.. problema to cut it into half na pantay... Dyan ako sumasablay sa Felt paper.. pag cut na pantay na pantay into 2 inches ha ha ha

Gumamit ka na lang ng tape brader. Sure un kasi un ang gamit nila dito sa house nung nag pipintura sila ng door ung mga door knobs may tape ayun safe na safe ung mga door knobs wala pintura.  ;) ;) ;)

No need to have a very firm hand sa spray as long as you cover the other parts properly. Just allow time between sprays and make sure hindi mahangin or maalikabok yun spraying area. You suking pintor can also do it for you.

I guess i'll have to stay with roller brush.. Planning to remove the border and just roller paint na lang the sides..

Di na ako makapag spray kasi naka fix na sa wall yung screen he he he..

Thanks for the suggestion sir Nelson..

Bakit mo nga pala papalitan yung felt paper border mo?  For me, best material ang felt kasi it absorbs the stray light effectively. Not sure though sa mga expensive brands like Ace. Just buy a long wide ruler at yun gamitin mong guide when you cut the felt paper using cutter blade para uniform ang width at pantay-pantay. Then use double sided tape para idikit sa screen

Bro, i tried cutting it using different rulers and cutting tools.. talagang pumapalya ako sa pag cut.. Hindi ko talaga mapantay from end to end ha ha ha... Maganda ang Felt if i can only make it right... he he he

Just put masking tape on the area you don't want painted.  Remember to remove the tape before the paint totally dries up or else paghila mo ng tape baka sumama yung black paint mo.  Good luck

Para sigurado, use a wide masking tape and narrow roller brush.  Good luck!

Anybody here made an adjustable black borders, so when playing a source with black borders on top and bottom you can simply adjust it to that level and cover the bars with no image? I'm thinking of making one for superior contrast. i just still don't know what materials to use and how to make it adjustable he he he

If i do that, may image na mawawala sa screen since my screen is 16:9.. eh di ba yung movies na may black bars eh 2:78 or 1.85 or something... whatever they are called he he he

i get what you mean bro, para mawala yung blackdark gray bars when watching very wide formats. i was planning to design adjustable black covers for the top and bottom edges kaso nasira naman pj ko.

Yes yes yes.. thats what i'm talking about he he he... Yan din iniisip ko... When playing a very wide format movie.. hindi kasi na fifill yung 16:9 na screen eh...Eh ang dami pa namang movies na ganito yung format... I tried pmasking tape yung mga natira kong Black felt and mas maganda sya kasi pag patay na ilaw totally dark na yung sides nang displayed image.... the result is really awesome.. thats why naisip ko yung removable na top and bottom borders or adjustable.. I saw a post somewhere here na yung screen nya may adjustable borders di ko lang makita he he he
