Try turning off CEC muna. Check din baka nagpowersave lang yung PC.

Mga Kuya, I have this gaming VC, I am currently using it as a transport na din papunta sa
AVR ko via HDMI to my Pioneer VSX 920, It's Sapphie Radeon HD6850.

Problem is I noticed that my old Ipod Classic sounds better plugged directly to my Pioneer VSX 920. Problem ko naman with Ipod ang hirap mag manage ng flac files kc kailangan ko pa convert then sync.

Mas ok ba benta ko n lang sya and start a better solution? Any suggestions ng Sound Card? or Video Card?

budget? the lower the better =P

$3.6k ang srp nyan. Barya lang yan kay DA aka kj12, kelangan daw kasi nya ng deep color.

Foobar -> asio po yung player tapos sa AVR naman po Pure Direct, then nakaon na din yung sound Ret nya.

You're using ASIO for a Radeon's HDMI? You might get better results with WASAPI, as AMD has no native support for ASIO afaik.

Sound Retriever is meant to compensate for HF loss in compressed formats. It's not meant to be used on FLACs (unless you like the effect).

You can try EQing it as it may help. If not, you can test the flavor of an outboard DAC.

Di ko alam kung medyo me katok ang tenga ko dahil maaga pa. pero the Wasapi way sound better nga for my hardware compared to asio

Yes, it may be possible to get a package for a Celeron G550 with 2 GB RAM and a smallish HDD for that amount (generic components). A Brazos Nettop is another option.
