Hi Jim - tried the 80% trick (even tried 50, 60, 70 . . . ) to both USB 2.0 and 3.0 ports but still cannot make it work

What puzzles me is that my CDR King Single HDD Dock works on either port, not to mention the 3TB Seagate Back up Plus that I always use in the R6S

I cannot tell that the Usi Dual Dock is defective because I can use it in my laptop and another media player. It seems the R6S player has the problem with this dock.

Hi Jim - note that before I'm using this dock to the R6S without any issues, only last week I encountered the problem . . .

did you try changing the dock cable? sounds like a problematic cable.

yes, Meron tayong egreat compatible na blacklit LED only, lights in the dark and works with Measy as well

The CDR-King dock which works with the R6S uses a similar cable so I tried it but still not read by the R6S.

Sir jim bakit kaya ganun yung r300 ko nawawala ang picture? Was it in hdmi connection? But it has sounds.

HDMI 1.4 ba cable and is your TV 3D?

may bagong firmware pero di ko pa na test, PM kita pero if dati ok yan, reseat mo cable or isolate mo with a 1.4 if 3D and display mo.

I don't think issue ang HDMI pati nga cdrking nagamit ko na sa setup ko pero ala naman issue 1.3 pa un. Palitan na niya yung AVR niya. hihi

May fix kasi sa dvd navigation. Baka magkamali ako sa steps.

You could follow this guide from w2comp

You can upgrade / restore firmware for yourself, here we will teach you how to do, first of all, you can download the firmware first.
1. Extract the zip / rar file and put "install.img" file to USB drive* to root (don't put inside any folder).
2. Then plug the USB drive to player.
3. And on the buttom of the player you can find a "Restore" / "Upgrade" button, press it and do NOT release then power on the player.
4. After 10-20s, you can release the "Restore" button, then it will auto to reflash the firmware again. It should take around 3-5 mins.
5. Finally it will reboot, now should be ok.
* We recommend a USB flash drive which is 1-8Gb with FAT / FAT32 format.

Sorry I only have full length version of 1 or 2 10-bit mkvs but none of them is working on a PCH (sound is ok but no video at all). Sa PC ay ok pero I dont like playback via PC anymore - hehehe. Tapos a very renowned encoding group intends to release a 1080p 48fps encode ng Hobbit at 23GB (30GB if with DTS-HDMA7.1). Kaso, 10-bit naman because he wants it to be "special" daw (special as in only a few can play - hehehe). Anyway, hopefully, the new Realteks can play 10-bit encodes.

On Hobbit, laki ng files sa 1080p/10-bit, pero that film really has scenes well worth keeping.

while watching meron lumabas sa tv "unsupported audio signal. check your device output"
sa htib lang me sound pero sa tv wala
