Let us know if they replace your TV or just the panel.
Two weeks ago, the Technician came on a Monday. They checked it. He mentioned a "Y" board as busted.
After a day, he called that they have a spare Y board and they can install the following day. So far, still very good service.
But I insisted on a panel replacement. They made a report to Samsung for a panel replacement.
Made a follow up last week, I was informed that Samsung is still evaluating it.
Called Samsung today (sept 28), I was informed that unit replacement was approved. Called Abenson today, they will call later. I guess they need to talk to Samsung.
I doubt if there are still brand new units of this model.
I'm willing to add more cash to get a brand new unit of a different model.
May I know if they will apply the original price (31,000 pesos) ?
What is a good replacement model?
