Advantage of the 1000X3D is the internal HDD slot.
But the R6s is a lot cheaper and has a very small form factor.

I think the Egreat R300pro is level matched for the 1000X3D

thanks po...audio is now working properly

next question...pano po connection if i want my avr OFF and audio will come out from my wireless head phones which connected to the TV. wifey gets grumpy when i have late night marathons and she wants to sleep already. hehehe

composite out from r6s to composite in sa lcd tv
hdmi out r6s to avr hdmi in

para pag naka off yung avr parang diretso sa lcd tv as suggested

I think pwede pero you need to manually turn it off and on kasi kapag naka on AVR may lalabas din sa TV speakers

if may BlueTooth support TV mo ayos yung pang gabi. if not buy a cheapo headset transmitter.

Enable mo lang bro yung HDMI "standby" passthrough and choose kung saang HDMI slot naka connect si R6s sa AVR.
Then before switching off be sure na nakaselect yung HDMI slot where R6s is connected...

Just want to check, I have a WD Essential 320GB hindi mabasa ni R6S. But it can read 1Tera Seagate and the generic sata case with internal drive. Not sure why it cant read the WD. I tried it on my laptop nabasa naman. Has it something to do with f/w update? thanks

depende so ports you plug in.

R6S, when you plug a USB external powered to a R6S USB 3.0 host port, swak, alang palya.
pero when you start mixing (pansin ko lang) USB 2.0 to a USB 3.0 host port or the other way around (USB 3.0 device to a USB 2. host port). 80% of the way works.

This is not unique to Egreat, kahit sa iba napansin ko so that's the first thing i ask those who have issues.

I have a theory:
. not USB port ports are manufactured to specs (USB 2.0 and USB 3.0), kaya saksak mo ang plug sa puerta na masikip, ninipis yung contacts mo. then lipat ka sa ibang puerda or device, may gasgas na plug mo.

Tapos ulit ulitin mo, tama ang isip mo .... siempre luluwag.

p.s. hindi bastos ang nasa taas, pero if it helps you remember things --- use your imagination

then baka nga yung pins ng power ang culprit, cant say for certain pero out of 10 that ask me for support, 9 yan ang solution.

di ko rin alam sa R6S actually, am on latest version kasi the Favorites feature was removed for some reason.

Instead of having to navigate to the net/workgroup/server/hdd/c/tv folder for example every time, you can just add to your favorites. Once in favorites, one click na lang.

Yes, exactly. Mahirap yata mag navigate using direction pad ng remote. Kahit nga may mouse ang hirap mag navigate ng ganun kahaba.
