vojdiaz, with all due respect, i think the only solution in this case is a delivery confirmation shipping method which would serve as the contract signifying the receipt of the merchandise. though EMS is hurtful in our pockets, this would ensure that the item would be delivered fresh from the online merchant.. ideally of course, this should be the case.
regarding some members claiming that they have not received the item and ask for a replacement, though we know that this practice exists, we cannot prove this kind of circumstances in black and white for the simple reason that no one would admit that they have been engaging themselves in such practice.
i find merits in your stand regarding this topic, what we can do now as buyers/collectors is to question the acquisition process of each seller or collector... but that is a different subject altogether.
on the other hand, PO office bulk of my LE orders in las pinas post office were lost for reasons i cannot understand. i end up sending my packages as far as davao and pampanga just to ensure that
near theft experiences would be minimized.. and then came AiR21..
oh well.. where are we to go?
