will a DDR3-1866 with cl9 latency be good enough? wala ako plan mag dedicated videocard e

Yep, DDR3-1866 CL9 should be okay. Medyo mataas na din kasi price ng CL8 and lower.

You're welcome. Check out the clearance of the case you're intending to buy din to see if you can fit in a quiet cooler. Mas madali kasi yung isang buo na lang, than to dismantle again later on when you realize that the supplied one is too loud for you.

I suggest getting a 130W or 150W TDP capable cooler (these are normally fairly large), para maski full load pwedeng tumatakbo lang at low rpms. Remember that the same cooler has to dissipate heat from both the CPU and the GPU. This will give you some headroom din, in case you'd like to push the clock rate up later on.

Yup. A waterblock that has FM1 mounts would very likely fit on an FM2 motherboard.

Most Waterblocks suppport FM1 and FM2, I would recommend Corsair or Antec

Iba iba naman kasi tayo ng experience sa lag and kung ano ung malag or hindi.   >:D >:D

Just for anyone who might mistake that A10-5800K as adequate to bring out the best out of battlefield 3, it is not. Best to use a dedicated Video card to max out the game. Battlefield 3 is one of the most demanding games in the PC market, thus atleast a GTX 560 or AMD 6850 will be need at full resolution

I'll probably get this as my blu-ray player:
http://www.sony-optiarc.eu/products/retaildrives/bdxs500u.html

reason?:
1. I can use it on my htpc, laptop, and desktop.
2. So I can use all my htpc's SATA ports for hard drives!  ;D

Corsair waterblocks are fairly quiet if they're running okay (no air and good condition), imo. I heard a lot are RMA'd though because of a high defect rate (grinding sound). You also may want to supply your own fans (Corsair fans don't usually have the quietest bearings).

If you can have the unit plugged-in at the store for noise testing, that'd be great.

Mag WD black ka na lang.

May kanya kanya naman kasi tayo ng tingin sa gaming experience for me kasi naka max settings in 51 inch 720p and no lag na experience. As i said baka naman kasi lag na sinasabi niyo is basis niyo is the FPS na sa akin kasi i don't base on FPS basta di naman humihinto ung player ko puwede na alam ko naman din ang lag sa in game kasi nag oonline games din ako. Di ko din sinabi na the best yung experience ko basta for me as a casual gamer i my experience with my A10-5700 no lag and okay na un. may hard core gamer ka baka yun no lag sa akin eh malag na sa inyo. Sabi ko nga i built my pc mostlty for HTPC not for hard core gaming. I'm happy na wala lag sa BF3 yung A10 ko in my gaming experience for a max settings. >:D >:D

Ok, for me kasi the same passion you guys take into home theater, I have for gaming and computers, enthusiast eh. So to me its like saying a htib is as good as a proper home theater setup, because it produces enough sound and has bass or that a regular 480p movie is as good as a 1080p, or that an mp3 codecs is as good as dts-HD etc. There is a difference, that is why we need benchmarks and comparisons. In gaming there is a huge difference between constant 60 fps and 30fps, it a difference that the eye can see, specially in an action packed game lack BF 3 in which constant motion is at a work.  That is why we have the need to upgrade our systems. I'm not here to argue, just voicing that A10 alone is not good enough to play BF3 at max settings, and max settings being  1920x1080, with all the bells and whistles (ultra setting, Max Aliasing etc.). It will barely handle it a low settings at full resolution. I just feel that the statement "Kaya ng A10 and BF3 at max setting" can lead people to false expectations.

Based on limited market data, it seems like Samsung and Intel make the most reliable mass-market SSDs. Crucial also has very good statistics.

I've also had good experiences with Kingston and OCZ (I was lucky enough not to get their fault-prone models).

I agree. I think OCZ's getting better. Madami kasi silang failure-prone or defective na models before.

Kingston made one bad model which happened to sell very well, kaya ayun nasira reputation. Their other models have good reliability numbers pa naman.

Sandisk SSDs are priced very well, and I'm thinking of trying one. I'm also intrigued by TLC NAND flash storage, as I think that there is future in it (so the Samsung 840 is something that I'd probably tinker with as well).

Get an A6 with HD7xxx iGPU its better than i3. I3 has a HD3000 and A6 has HD7xxx series iGPU FM2 up to 2GB memory on the iGPU.  ;) ;) ;)
